Friendly. Looked and acted very professionally. Charged me less than I expected and had the proper equipment to clean the fireplace and chimney from the fireplace (wood stove insert) instead of needing to walk all over the roof. Had proper equipment to clean it better than it has ever been cleaned. I'm impressed and I will definitely use this company again.

Very polite guy, but he did not bring cleaning supplies, and did not cover the fireplace with a plastic which caused a lot of black creosote to land on my furniture and floor. I did not notice this until later in the afternoon when I went to get my fireplace going. For a 20 minute $175 sweep you would expect this guy would do a professional job (bring his own cleaning supplies and covering the fireplace with plastic to prevent the creosote from flying over my living room and making a mess)

Daniel was professional and knowledgeable. I was satisfied with his work cleaning the gutters. I hired him again to spray a non-toxic product to stop the mold. He was a really good worker and got the jobs done.

When was the last time you had service that prompt? He and assistant arrived on time, did an excellent job on the fireplace and explained it all to me. They were very careful about getting any soot on the floor and moved a couple of coffee tables to avoid any dirt. I asked Daniel for extra business cards which I will pass out to my friends. Daniel is a fine young man with great work ethics! He takes pride in what he does and his customer service is excellent. He arrived on time, performed his service in a professional manner and his fee was reasonable! When he completed the job he said to call anytime if I had any questions or problems. I did have a concern and did call Daniel shortly after. He came back the same day I called to address my concern and offered suggestions for me to try in order to resolve the issue that was causing my problem. Again, he said to call if I still needed help! He did not charge me for this. It's great to see this type of work ethics in a young person these days! Thank you Daniel!
