Williams Sprinkler and Landscape

They were very good! very meticulous and attentioned to detail. They reposition the half of the sprinkler valves and relocated some. Chris and his crew did a great job.

Was a complete professional adapted to additional work I wanted as the job was in progress work was completed in a timely fashion and after each day yard was cleaned etc... end result looks fantasic

I described my leaky sprinkler problem over the phone and gave them my address. The next morning I heard someone digging in my rear patio. It was Chris from Williams Landscaping. He had already fixed the problem and was testing it when I came out. I was sleeping late so I didn't hear him knocking on the door. Anyway, he knew where it was and I gave him permission to go into the back patio if I was not at home. He charged me $10 less tham the origimal estimate. Extremely fast and efficient!

They are fine. They have been here forever and they do good work. I've called them a time or two in the 20 years I've been here. My contact with them has been limited. They have a good reputation.

Chris got back to me promptly, came by when he said he would, and fixed our sprinklers. He knew we needed a new lawn and that I would need an estimate. He not only fixed our sprinklers quickly and effectively, but was honest and did not try to upsell us. He gave us excellent advice, and went on his merry way. I will not only highly recommend Williams, I will be hiring them to do the work that is needed in a timely manner.

My experience with this company went really well. They were on time, analyzed the problem well and gave me good service. They were great and I think their pricing was comparable. I have not actually had any work done yet. They were good and came out when they said they would. They were here right on time and their professionalism was very good.

As usual, Chris was on time, the work was done perfectly and he took the time to explain what he did and how we could use this device to save water. We will be calling him again (this will be the 4th time we use his services) this week. This guy is GOOD!

Chris is great! The most conscientious service provider I have met. Not only did he do a great job, but he continued to follow up after the work was done.

Work done at my rental property. Previous gardener had attempted to repair the sprinkler controller, got confused, gave up and left pieces all over the ground, and never finished or told anyone. Tenant noticed one area was not being watered. He called me and I called Chris. He responded quickly. He replaced the broken valves and checked system. I handled all transactions over the phone or email. Will definitely call him again if needed.

While trying to remove some palm tree roots with a reciprocating saw I managed to cut two sprinkler lines. If that wasn't bad enough, they were both right at a T-joint and close to the conduit that goes under the driveway. The repair was more than I was prepared to handle. So I got ahold of Chris on a Th or Fri and they came out the following Monday. Chris gave me a verbal estimate and they took care of the repair while I was at work. The job was more complicated than it first appeared and the final price was a tad above the original estimate, but I could see from the amount of work they did (I asked them not to bury it so I could take a look) that the job was indeed more difficult than it first appeared. Over all I'm very pleased with the work Chris' crew did and I would hire them again.

Chris was on time, efficient, thorough, and very clear in his explanations. He offered a full estimate if we wanted our old sprinkler system revamped -- it's not cheap to do it, but the price, given the work involved, was quite fair -- but didn't pressure us as the current one works well enough, just not as well as it could. Very satisfied and am planning to use him to install a water conservation unit and to do further improvements to sprinklers and lighting system.

Williams Sprinkler and Landscape were the only ones willing to come out the next day to give us an estimate. Their service was very prompt, they said they would be here between 8am to 9am and by 8am they were already here. The serviceman from Williams Sprinkler and Landscape took about an hour and a half, explained what needed to be done, and why it needed to be done. The other thing we liked is that we were leaving on vacation and he juggled his schedule to get the work done before we left. We appreciated that because we were afraid our lawn would not survive two weeks of California sun while we were absent. He did his work which came in on the estimate, he showed up on time, he got the work done within the time period he said he would have it done, and when we had a small problem a couple of days following the work, he came out and addressed that. We were very satisfied we just didn't expect it to cost that much but it solved the problem so it was worth the money. I referred to his expertise regarding plastic valves, he seemed to know what he was talking about and what he was doing, and he has been in the business with his father for 40 years.

I called the company on Monday and left a message regarding a sprinkler problem. Chris called me later that day and we tentatively scheduled an appt for PM Wed. Chris confirmed Wed AM and agreed to meet me at 12:30, he arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it with parts in his truck. The repair was done in less than 15 mins and he also gave me some advice on how to schedule the watering. In prior conversations he estimated a repair of $150 if it was a valve problem, which it was and this is what I was billed and payed. I was very impressed with the communication and service, would use them again for any irrigation or landscape work.

I can not say enough about how good Williams Sprinklers are. When I first contacted Chris Williams he came out to evaluate my sprinkler problem and give me an estimate, both on the work to be performed as well as the price. He was very prompt when he arrived and was professional in his approach to the job. When we scheduled the work Chris was very honest about his other jobs and priorities and he did not want to make commitments he could not keep. The timing was not an issue for me as the work could be performed at anytime, this was not an emergency. Once it was scheduled the workers showed up on time and worked steadily throughout the day. The grass and other shrubs were dug up and replaced so that you could not even tell that work had been done. At the end of each day they completely cleaned up the work area, removed all the old parts, swept up the area and actually left it cleaner than when they started. I was concerned about the leak under the concrete that it would look and quot;patchedand quot; and un-matched with the surrounding area. Chris assured me that this was work that they did a lot of and that they were very good at it. His concern was that they would be able to find the leak and not have to remove too much of the existing concrete. When they started they cut the concrete where they thought the leak was and removed it. Then they quickly found where the leak was with no additional concrete removal. They repaired the leak and then poured new concrete and textured it to match the rest of the deck. They did such a professional job, my wife and I are very please. Once they were done, the entire area was cleaned and looked fantastic. I have already recommended Williams Sprinklers to several of my friends. I will use them again in the future. Great to work with.

After inspecting existing system, Williams scheduled the work as requested. Added scope was necessary due to need to tear out old galvanized piping. wORK WAS COM[PLETED ON TIME.

I just moved into a new house and awas concerned with high water bills and lots of standing water in my flower bets and lawn after watering. I selected Williams Sprinkler and Landscape to diagnose my problems based on the strength of their Angie's list rating. Chris came out and sized up my problem right away (a combination of obsolete heads and incorrect settings on some ancient equipment). I decided to have him do a comprehensive overhaul of the system, including mostly new heads and a new centralized smart controller. Chris told me how to take advantage of a govenment program to get the controller for free, and then I had him do the installation. Everything went very well and he also gave valuable advice on some of the different plant types I have. I plan to have him do some additional landscaping for me soon. I am very please with the way everything turned out. I highly recommend Williams Sprinkler and Landscaping.

No problems, everything was done as promised and with good quality. The owner Chris is professional and a good communicator. I could have had the work done more cheaply but i wanted it done right. I feel Williams did a great job and i recommend them.

Contacted Chris by email and explained the problem. He reached me by phone within 24 hours. Chris was out to our home shortly after our call. He assessed the issue, replaced the valve and quickly had the zone functioning again. Chris offered some advice on possible future adjustments and things to look out for with our current irrigation system. Prompt, professional service. Great experience.

I called Chris and explained that Station 1 of my two watering stations was not working when I did the 2 minutes test to check out my sprinkler heads. It just would do only Station 2. I even tried the Manual On to see if that would start it. After attempting to fix it myself, I had mis-wired the wiring between the two valves and thus must have blown the fuse in the Timer box. Chris could not make the original appointment but then was able to make it after all. I had granted him access to my home as I couldn't be there at the time he arrrived. I felt comfortable enough to let him into my home without my being there. He was finishing up by the time I arrived home (45 minutes after his arrival). He had fixed the wiring that I had mis-wired, replaced the fuse in the timer box and changed out the faulty valve that was the real problem that Station 1 was not working. I didn't even ask for a pre-quote since his reviews seemed so great and I just wanted the problem fixed. He had even checked out all my sprinkler heads and made sure I was getting a good watering of my yard. He changed one of my sprinkler heads that was not functioning well that I had not even asked him to do but was sure glad he did. To my surprise the bill was so much less than I imagined it would be. Four years ago I hired another person to replace both of my valves and I was charged quite a bit more for two valves than Chris' bill if he had done both of my valves and I got a better valve this time. Chris is such a nice person and I found him to be very thorough with his work. I now have someone reliable and fair to call whenever I need some work done to my irrigation system. What a relief to have my sprinklers working again! Thank you Chris!

Chris showed up and submitted the estimate without us having to be here (problem was in the front yard), he then called me and gave me the estimate over the phone. We agreed to do the work, and he and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would the next day, and they were done with the repairs quickly. Chris took the time to make some added suggestions on sprinkler timing and what to watch for with the other valves. The bill was exactly what he said it would be in the estimate. You can't ask for much more.

Was phoned early in am and called back right away from another job site, scheduling appointment to view the problem within the hour. Arrived as scheduled, knew what to do, had all the necessary tools and parts in his truck and completed the repair on the spot within 30 minutes or less. We were very pleased and would definitely contact again for relate services.
