They were very good! very meticulous and attentioned to detail. They reposition the half of the sprinkler valves and relocated some. Chris and his crew did a great job.

Was a complete professional adapted to additional work I wanted as the job was in progress work was completed in a timely fashion and after each day yard was cleaned etc... end result looks fantasic

I described my leaky sprinkler problem over the phone and gave them my address. The next morning I heard someone digging in my rear patio. It was Chris from Williams Landscaping. He had already fixed the problem and was testing it when I came out. I was sleeping late so I didn't hear him knocking on the door. Anyway, he knew where it was and I gave him permission to go into the back patio if I was not at home. He charged me $10 less tham the origimal estimate. Extremely fast and efficient!

They are fine. They have been here forever and they do good work. I've called them a time or two in the 20 years I've been here. My contact with them has been limited. They have a good reputation.

Chris got back to me promptly, came by when he said he would, and fixed our sprinklers. He knew we needed a new lawn and that I would need an estimate. He not only fixed our sprinklers quickly and effectively, but was honest and did not try to upsell us. He gave us excellent advice, and went on his merry way. I will not only highly recommend Williams, I will be hiring them to do the work that is needed in a timely manner.

My experience with this company went really well. They were on time, analyzed the problem well and gave me good service. They were great and I think their pricing was comparable. I have not actually had any work done yet. They were good and came out when they said they would. They were here right on time and their professionalism was very good.

As usual, Chris was on time, the work was done perfectly and he took the time to explain what he did and how we could use this device to save water. We will be calling him again (this will be the 4th time we use his services) this week. This guy is GOOD!

Chris is great! The most conscientious service provider I have met. Not only did he do a great job, but he continued to follow up after the work was done.

Work done at my rental property. Previous gardener had attempted to repair the sprinkler controller, got confused, gave up and left pieces all over the ground, and never finished or told anyone. Tenant noticed one area was not being watered. He called me and I called Chris. He responded quickly. He replaced the broken valves and checked system. I handled all transactions over the phone or email. Will definitely call him again if needed.

While trying to remove some palm tree roots with a reciprocating saw I managed to cut two sprinkler lines. If that wasn't bad enough, they were both right at a T-joint and close to the conduit that goes under the driveway. The repair was more than I was prepared to handle. So I got ahold of Chris on a Th or Fri and they came out the following Monday. Chris gave me a verbal estimate and they took care of the repair while I was at work. The job was more complicated than it first appeared and the final price was a tad above the original estimate, but I could see from the amount of work they did (I asked them not to bury it so I could take a look) that the job was indeed more difficult than it first appeared. Over all I'm very pleased with the work Chris' crew did and I would hire them again.

Chris was on time, efficient, thorough, and very clear in his explanations. He offered a full estimate if we wanted our old sprinkler system revamped -- it's not cheap to do it, but the price, given the work involved, was quite fair -- but didn't pressure us as the current one works well enough, just not as well as it could. Very satisfied and am planning to use him to install a water conservation unit and to do further improvements to sprinklers and lighting system.

Williams Sprinkler and Landscape were the only ones willing to come out the next day to give us an estimate. Their service was very prompt, they said they would be here between 8am to 9am and by 8am they were already here. The serviceman from Williams Sprinkler and Landscape took about an hour and a half, explained what needed to be done, and why it needed to be done. The other thing we liked is that we were leaving on vacation and he juggled his schedule to get the work done before we left. We appreciated that because we were afraid our lawn would not survive two weeks of California sun while we were absent. He did his work which came in on the estimate, he showed up on time, he got the work done within the time period he said he would have it done, and when we had a small problem a couple of days following the work, he came out and addressed that. We were very satisfied we just didn't expect it to cost that much but it solved the problem so it was worth the money. I referred to his expertise regarding plastic valves, he seemed to know what he was talking about and what he was doing, and he has been in the business with his father for 40 years.

I called the company on Monday and left a message regarding a sprinkler problem. Chris called me later that day and we tentatively scheduled an appt for PM Wed. Chris confirmed Wed AM and agreed to meet me at 12:30, he arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it with parts in his truck. The repair was done in less than 15 mins and he also gave me some advice on how to schedule the watering. In prior conversations he estimated a repair of $150 if it was a valve problem, which it was and this is what I was billed and payed. I was very impressed with the communication and service, would use them again for any irrigation or landscape work.
