I really appreciated their promptness and the fact that they followed through and were willing to work with me and my individual situation.

The work was just not up to my expectations. I was told they would clean the panels and the nets but they only really cleaned the windows. Also, I had a window that had a tape that was left on it from old decorations and they did not even work hard to remove that. The guy that came was very nice, friendly, and respectful however the work performed was not up to my expectations.

Smart Finish does not squeegee or wipe windows or sills. They use a **spotless** spray brush system on a pole. While they did clean my windows with short notice, I was left with spots and streaks and can get better quality for this price. I will not be back.

On time ,very polite, Finished in 4 1/2 hours. Good workers. The only thing I did not like is the way the outside windows are done. they use a hose method and it did leave spots. But for the price the job was good and the workers were great. They also did a power wash on a small patio and that was good. I would give them 5 stars for power wash and I would use them again.
