NORCAL Air Duct Cleaning

Dan, the business owner, was straight-up with his estimate for furnace duct cleaning. There was no chance of a surprise up-charge as I've heard may have happened with other outfits. He got us scheduled just a few days after we talked, the crew showed up on time and worked efficiently to get the job done.

Tech Brandon was very polite and professional. He was fast thorough and efficient.

Dans customer service is bizarre, horrible and unprofessional. There needs to be a better understanding on how the service works. If there is no invoice at the time of service, the customer should be notified before service begins. The technician who arrived was wonderful, great customer service and knowledgeable. I would like my invoice. I am happy to pay as soon as I receive an invoice. I did receive an invoice after speaking to Homeadvisor customer service and the bill has been paid.

As far as I can tell (what do I know about duct cleaning?) Brandon did a great job. He was there on time, explained his work, was pleasant and professional and got it done within a few hours. Thank you!
