The service representative was very courteous and considerate. He showed up on time and conducted business with a minimum amount of fuss and disruption, and he didn't try to "up-sell" me. I will use them again.

Dan's dd a reallly great job. They were timely, professional and communicated well. The air in my house does smell fresher. I compared several duct cleaning companies and selected Dan's because they use a brush/vacuum technology where the others are (high) vacuum only. My only comment regarding the other vendors was Koit's package was more about marketing and "upselling" to justify their 2-3x cost compared to the others. Dan phoned me while I was still on your wed site filling out the request form. We made a date that was inside my window of need. The technician arrived on time and did an excellent job. The price was as agreed to. While he was here, the tech did my neighbor's as well. We are both happy with our experience.

Very professional. What I like most is he recommended to replace my dryer hose to a flexible one. I did it and it is doing great! He also made sure that the vent is completely clean before he left and that he assured us that we can call him anytime if there is any problem.

The technician arrived on time and accessed the ducts. Unfortunately, they were too small to use the brush but he inserted the hose far into the vent and reported if anything unusual came out (insulation from one only). He answered all of our questions. WE DON'T HAVE TO MANUALLY READJUST OUR HEAT NOW since it's putting out more heat...That's how we know he did a good job.
