NORCAL Air Duct Cleaning

Would have liked if the dust to have been cleaned out after theur work was over. Also the shoe coverings were a bit worn out. would have liked to see brand new ones as they entered

I did tell the staff and sent pictures. The company told many services on the package said had done for 40 years. Will do everything. I texted him I did not need the whole service. I think the service was too expensive. When doing Unable to clean well because the equipment did not fit the duct. Could not sanitize because there is no place to spray. I was very disappointed. The technician called the company Gave me a discount of $20... Still very expensive for my little house. I will not call them again.

For the money I paid. The technician cleaned the dryer vent using a blower. He did not use a brush and vacuum to remove all the lint in the vent. He just disconnected the flexible vent from the dryer put the electric blower and blew some of the lint out to the end vent outside the yard. Took 10 to 15 minutes from the time He arrived at the time he left. Do not feel he did it right. I have a garden blower and I could have done this myself. Not satisfied with the job. Will never use the company ever again.

What they did to clean the vent took only 10-15 mins. and based on the charge it seemed excessive, as I would have expected more. The never put a vacuum with suction cup to remove the lint so I was very surprised.

Jose first came to clean our air ducts, but he discovered our very old house had a very narrow vent. Therefore, there was no problem in quickly rescheduling. Jose arrived on time, is very friendly and hard working. We trust the work was well done.

I called NorCal after another company continued to wast 2 days of my time waiting on them only to come and not have the appropriate tools. So I made the call to NorCal. The owner scheduled me for the following morning. I assume this is a family business as his sone showed up on time and ready to do the job. He was Courteous, professional and efficient. I will use them in the future for all my air duct cleaning.
