The two gentlemen came, spent time to be sure the vent was clear-it took some time because there was a stoppage. Did their work efficiently. Cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. (Completely different experience than what I had before when the guy came and only worked on the vent from outside!) I definitely recommend!

I was well-pleased with this company. Dan let me know when they were coming. The two guys cleaned the dryer vent quickly and cleaned up. Raphael went out of his way to make sure I had the proper vent hose to replace the old one. Nice people.

Soon after I made a request to Home Advisor, I was contacted by the owner. The quote that I was given was in the mid-range compared to other competitors. Raphael called before arrival, explained the process and took his time to do a good job, he was also professional and friendly.

The owner of NORCAL contacted me immediately after I entered my request on Home Advisor. He was very pleasant on the phone, explained the services and cost and we scheduled the appointment. The service guys (Carlos and Raphael) were very professional, courteous and respectful, and did a quality job, explaining what they were doing along the way. Overall I'm very impressed and would definitely use NORCAL again in the future.

These guys were courteous and professional. Raphael did all the vents including the dryer vent in about an hour - very clean and efficient! But what I like is Dan's professionalism in explaining to me on the phone what his crew will do, and how much it will cost, upfront. I like that peace of mind knowing what to expect. And one more plus is that they are available the next day.

Norcal airduct cleaning is a great, professional, neat, company. They called before I got off your website and came promptly. The gentleman that came was polite and did not rush through his job.
