My initial inquiry on the weekend was answered within minutes, and we were able to find a convenient time for the work, scheduling around the availability of the tenant. Now the tenant and I have peace of mind about the air quality in the house. Norcal was convenient, efficient and professional....great job!

Even though it was a bad stormy day, they kept the appointment and did an excellent job. Were a team of father and son, very cordial and professional. I'll call them again when the time comes for another cleaning.

the job was supposed to take 2 hours and he was done in less than an hour. Several vent covers were put back on badly, there were dirty fingerprints left around the covers and we had to vacuum up dust after he left. He was very polite and courteous, just not exactly careful or detail oriented.

They seemed to do a good job; they were professional; however, Dan, the owner, told me that his brush was left stuck in the vent so I don't know what negative impact that may have in the future.

I hired them specifically to clean my air ducts because of a smell and on the phone, he was confident he could get rid of it. The cleaned the vents but the smell is still there. They did not know where it is coming from or how to get rid of it, feel like I wasted the money.
