We hired NORCAL for our Duct cleaning. The owner Dan called me right away and also did a follow up call. Brandon did a great job! He was friendly and efficient and personable. We asked right away to be put on their reoccurring customer list and expect a call in 2 years :) Thanks again!!

The technician (I think his name was Rafael) that came to my house was super. He went above and beyond to clean the dryer vent in my house which was a difficult one to do. I would definitely recommend them.

Great working with Dan! Easy to schedule, professional, worked really well with my tenants! Tenants suffered from allergies before ducts were cleaned and no longer feel symptoms! Definitely will use again and recommend to anyone who needs duct cleaning.

While the service was great, all of us still wake up with blocked noses and sneezes. Not sure if it was the vent cleaning not done well or other issue with the house, hence the meets expectation rating. The cleaning was done very quickly.
