They were on time, got right to work, were very pleasant, and respectful of our home. Was a pleasure having such a professional job done as our home was overdue for this service and it now feels safe and smells fresh. Will definitely have them back again to keep our vents and ducts dust free.

Other companies were charging ridiculous amount and trying to sell other services I don't need while Norcal was affordable and didn't try to hard sell us. They even suggest to fix our dryer coil for maximum benefit. Excellent service for valued price. Thank you Norcal

Professional and courteous

Dryer just wasn’t drying as fast so I called my appliance repair guy. He asked how long since I had my dyer vent cleaned. Maybe 8 years?? He suggested I have that done first, it might fix my problem and of course I’m way overdue and it’s a FIRE HAZZARD... Called Norcal set up next day appointment. Since this was my first time ever doing this I was expecting a grumpy Tech full of lint carrying a broom full of lint and a roto-rooter. lol.. So next morning Norcal Tech showed about 5-10 minutes early.. Which is a good thing.. He wasn’t full of lint.. Well dressed with company logo on his polo shirt.. Which is a good thing. I know who’s at my door.. We introduce ourselves.. He was very very Personable and Professional.. Let me speak and tell him my problem without interrupting me.. I hate that!!! Then he explained most vent ducting is not a straight run. And most blockages happen at the turns/elbows. He didn’t have a roto-rooter.. He had a High Tech air compressor with beater balls on the end to that break through the blockages and loosens the lint on the duct inter-walls. He went to work and called me over to show the BIG pile of lint that was in my ducts. WOW!!! Since my dryer was pulled out he vacuum really good.. My laundry is cleaner than ever... And my drying time for towels has gotten shorter… Too Bad PG&E.. lol.. Thanks Norcal.. Wonderful to do business with...

The technician Rafael did a good service on checking my dryer vent and found out the problem should be in my dryer. The overall service is excellent.

If you need something that is stuck in your vent they can get it out in a very speedy manner.

First of all the owner, Dan phoned me about the time I pressed "send" on my computer. He was professional, upbeat, and knowledgeable. His technican, Rafael, was on time and got the job done in a reasonable time--great work AND he explained everything. On top of all that, Dan followed through the next day to make sure I was happy--I am.
