NorCal Air Duct Cleaning did a great job cleaning the air ducts on my mobile home.

Got a call promptly, and their service and pricing was explained quite simply. Even helped me figure out how many registers there probably were so I could get an idea of cost and set up an appointment quite easily. Technician was on time, friendly, and cool with my dog barking at him a bit before the dog settled down. Finished the work quickly and looked to have done a thorough job. I could hear a lot of debris going through the machine!

Brian was my technician. He did an excellent job. He was punctual, cordial, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do before he unloaded his equipment. When we took the walkthrough to locate the vents, he explained that there may be a problem replacing some of the vents to the ceiling. My home system hasn't' been serviced in quite some time and the vents aren't all in tact properly. I let him know if he got them back to as close to where they were as he could I would be fine with that. Once he finished everything was fine and there were no problems.

the field tech, Rafael, was safe with the vacuum equipment, moving it carefully around the house; he avoided damaging hardwood floor, furniture, ornaments, etc. He showed me how the equipment and its accessories work; he pointed out vents that had some modest accumulation of debris.

Service provider was always on time. Dan kept me informed. My only issue is that I felt the vent cleaning included the vent covers as well.

Fast response and good value. The tech is pleasant to work with.

They have to reschedule the appointment twice. Once for sickness of the sub-contractor and the second time for not having adequate equipment. The contractors were very kind but their workmanship was not very professional. Left a lot of dirt on the floor and it doesn't seem that the duct was cleaned professionally. I personally do not like to confront the workers so I left them to do their business but was really disappointed by the work. I will hire another one to redo the cleaning.
