Rafael is a professional technician. He arrived on time, explained and answered my questions. Rafael did a great job of removing all vent covers, cleaning all duct lines, the heater and the drier vent and reinstalled the vent covers. Dan, the owner, had to make accommodations and reschedule my appointment but it was done courteously. I totally recommend NorCal.

They arrived 15 minutes before the schedule time. The worker was courteous and was very accommodating and supportive.

NorCal was very professional in cleaning my drier vent. They were able to move stacked washer and drier in a very confined area with the use of a dolly. There was a massive amount of lint clogging the vent and they were able to remove it. The whole process from beginning to end was under an hour.

The person they sent out was very good at his job. I would use this company again.
