The technician who did the work was very efficient and knowledgeable and appeared to do an excellent job though I haven't had a chance to test the actual change in performance yet.

Dryer heating much improved. In addition to using the blower, big improvement was when the rotary tool was used. Gentleman was excellent. Would recommend.

They did a great and fast job at multiple condo’s in my building. The only thing that sucked and brought the rating down from 5 stars was that they came out on the promised day, sat, and had to reschedule because needed a second guy, so had to let all the places know that signed up about the reschedule, which is frustrating. The good thing is the guys that came were great and did everything fast. The other thing was the constant bugging to write a review. I don’t like being hassled daily for a review. I also asked for a picture of the lint that came out of the vents from the HOA and i guess the guy forgot and then still getting pestered about the review I thought I would at least wait til I got what I asked for. Took a few days but got them. So overall very satisfied, haven’t actually done any drying yet but we’ll see how that goes.

Dan went out of his way to help me solve my air duct cleaning issues. He helped me figure out a solution with condo HOA. Dan went above and beyond to resolve my problem. Extremely professional and courteous. Really expressed that he cared to get the job done and was very patient with my difficult process. Dan is a straight up guy and he’s fair and knowledgeable. He will help you find a resolution, especially if you live in a condo or multi unit complex. I highly recommend this company and their services.
