Dan was very responsive and quick in scheduling the job. Brandon did a great job with our heating ducts and dryer vent. Well definitely use Norcal ADC again.

Norcal arrived 30 minutes early. Explained thoroughly the air vents cleaning process and cleaned up all dust debris. The cleaner made an effort to accommodate any specific cleaning requests made by my wife. I thought the job was done in a very friendly and professional manner.

I tried cleaning my dryer vent once and it is a pain. The tech made it look so easy and was very polite and punctual. Will definitely be giving them a call when it's time to clean it out again. Worth every penny.

My experience with NORCAL was great. They reached out to me very quickly and was patient with me as I waited for a yes or no from my landlord. They were able to schedule the service within a week. Brandon arrived on time, was very efficient, and left my home clean. He even wore shoe covers which was great! Brandon is very personable which is always good when you have to bring a stranger into your home. I definitely recommend NORCAL!

Brandon, the technician, was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond just the cleaning of the vents by helping me to take measurements while the dryer was pulled away from the wall. We would have him back in our home in a heartbeat!
