The service was really good.ur son Brandon was so nice and polite.he even include cleaning my dryer vent which was nice.thks a lot .i will surely recommend ur company to my friends and relatives.

Narrow ducts meant they had to come out twice, the second time with a smaller hose, and did not charge for the extra trip or effort. The technician was quite capable.

After issues, agreed to come back out to solve the problem.

The technician arrived early, ready to go, asked to see all the ducts before making a plan. Plan in place, (downstairs, then up the half flight), he went to work, removing grilles, cleaning and replacing the grilles. Had to get a bigger brush for the intake trunk, of course. Otherwise he moved steadily between stops. He kindly waited for me to finish freeing one side of one grille in the big bathroom (A Dreaded Previous Owner had trapped it behind a vanity, over 24 years ago...). We asked if he used any scented products and he said he did, usually, at the end, but that he always warned his customers first and no problem not using it. Thank you! Communications were first class, he worked efficiently and thoroughly. I recommend him, the owner and the firm. Since we were having a visitor, we'd cleaned up in advance. A small amount of dust and debris created by removing and reattaching the grilles took me about 5 minutes to vaccuum-up. In a cost-sensitve service business, cheaper for me to do it than pay someone else. I'm satisfied, Next time we do this, NorCal get the call. Thank you!

being a first time home owner, Ive never hired a vent cleaning company so I was not sure what to expect. Dan was awesome to walk me through the process and was a straight shooter. Even when I had questions after the fact, Dan was there to help exceed expectations.
