Nor Cal arrived on time. I was shocked at how much junk was in the vents. The worker was polite, answered any questions we had, and completed the job in a timely manner. We will definitely use them again on a regular basis.

Very responsive to our first call and squeezed us in on short notice. The tech that came out was clear about the situation and did the job quickly. He also cleaned up any mess he made, which is the sign that someone cares.

Ajose identified the problem with my clothes dryer venting and used two methods to clean the exhaust vents. He also gave me some tips in how to keep them clean. He wore a mask in reference to our current virus, was friendly and professional.

I did appreciate the quote was done by phone. I got a quote based on the number of vents I had by stating I had 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a living room and family room kitchen and hallway. When the service guy came he said the kitchen and family room vent counted as 1 so I thought I would get a slight lower price (maybe -$30) but they charged me the same price so that was a little strange. Also my appt was at 11am which I confirmed the night before and Jose was sent to my house at 9:45 for a 10am appt. I had to rearrange my appt to come back to the house. However Jose the service technician was polite and provided great customer service. Based on his politeness and professionalism I would hire this team again.

Dan the Owner was excellent to work with and in addition to cleaning my HVAC vents offered to also find and clean our electric dryer vent, which definitely needed it. Rafael was the worker who vacuumed the vents clean, and then got onto the roof to find and clean out the dryer vent. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the work and service. We needed vent cleaning because of a hot water tank leak that required rebuilding half of our garage, and the sheetrock dust was everywhere!! But not anymore!!!

Gentlemen who completed the task was personally friendly, knowledgeable, and careful. We would use them again and recommend them.
