Had a response within minutes of submitting my request for a quote. The work was scheduled for the next business day. The owners son arrived early! to do the dryer vent cleaning. It was done thoroughly and quickly. We asked to be put on their call-back schedule for next year.

Brandon showed up and explained what he was going to do...he answered any questions we had....he spent around 3 hrs cleaning the ducts and also the panels....when he was done, he showed us what was in our ducts...yuck!!!! I don't know why we have waited so long to do this easy clean.....I fell much better my family is not breathing in all the dust any longer thanks to Brandon and NorCal...I will call you when the next cleaning is due
