The repair men arrived on time, very friendly and went after his work. Since I was curious about the action and results I was very observation of his work. He was efficient and explained one problem we have. The follow up from theMain Office is unbelievable, unheard in todays business world that the manager/owner followed up and asked if everything worked out good. This is what I call " First Class Service ", the have my business anytime.

The experience I had with NorCal started on a high note but then ended poorly. I spoke with the owner who is blunt and was able to tell me how they would clean my dryer vent. I expressed to him a concern I had with my cap on my roof. Lent was trapped on the top and I asked if they needed to get on the roof to clean it. The owner said it should be fine and stated they would charge me the non-roof access price. I also asked if any large amount of excess lent on my roof would get cleaned up and he told me that they would. Fast forward to the date of service. The technician was nice and formal. He clean from the interior vent and it went fine. This is where my dissatisfaction comes in. After the technician cleaned the dryer vent, there was lent on the roof and the cap still had lent trapped inside it. I brought it up to him, asked him if he would clean it up, and he told me that he wouldn't go up to the roof unless he up charge me $99 more dollars on top of the fee I was about to pay for the non-roof price. This was $50 more than the actual roof access price too. I told him the owner said they would clean up the excess lent on the roof of there was any. The technician responded that the air will blow it off. Really?! Since the service I have tried to call NorCal and express my dissatisfaction and try to get them to remedy this, but they have not returned my calls. Very unprofessional. Overall, this company knew about my concerns from the beginning. But, I was left dissatisfied because they would clean up any of the excess lent without an additional charge. Had he charged me the roof price, this review would not be like this. 10/26/20- I went up to my roof to find out that the work the technician did ended up only clogging my dryer vent cap. This infuriated me! I proceeded to call him asking for a refund. But, because I denied the technicians offer to get up on the roof to clean the cap, his hands were clean. I will note the technician would have never suggested getting on the roof and cleaning the dryer vent cap because I was the one who brought it up in the first place. I respectfully declined the technician getting on the roof because they would have charged me an additional $99 in top of what I was already paying. I strongly recommend you do not hire this company to do a job you could do yourself.

Simultaneously extremely professional, and also amiable and easy to have come into our home and allow us to feel safe amid a pandemic, all the while confident that the job was getting done as he kept us apprised of what was happening with the vents. All was left neat and clean. Danâ s son was our service person, and he was great!
