Excellent work.

When I returned home, the house sparkled and smelled wonderful. I was quite pleased with the results. The initial cost was 3 hours for $125. I was so happy with that, I tipped each man individually. If I schedule them for every 2 weeks of cleaning they said it would take 2 hours and they would only charge me $90.

On time. Very neat in appearance. There cleaning was excellent. Great personality and personable.

The appt. was for 2pm on President's Day but I was running late and they rescheduled me at the last minute for an hour later; no complaints. A representative who spoke great English came first to do the initial estimate (very reasonable) and get all the detailed information on what I wanted. He translated to his crew and once all the communication was taken care of, he left the crew to work. It took them a total of 4.5 hours to complete the job and they worked diligently the entire time. They were courteous to me and to the neighbors. The stairs were well scrubbed and washed down. The garage was equally well cleaned including a water and ammonia wash on the floors. The were careful to build a dam around the corner of the garage where I had furniture. I am elated with the job they did. When I walked into my garage this morning, I beamed! I even invited friends over to see it! Total: $180. Will definitely repeat business.

They show up late for appointments, but they did very good work for an affordable price. The windows are in an old Victorian and hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I was impressed that they were able to get them as clean as they did.

They did a great job, the house felt very clean after they had finished.

The team was very efficient and effective. The price was also very reasonable. The only thing I wish they had done better was answering the phone calls. It took several tries to get a hold of someone to confirm the appointment.

I got an estimate of $165 for an initial cleaning for my three bed room two bath with living room, kitchen and den. They were able to come back that same day and did more than I expected. They were very polite and so hard working I felt compelled to offer them something to drink and give them each a little something extra. My place looked and smelled very clean and fresh when they left. It feels really nice to walk bare foot on the clean floors.

This was a rush job; they set up an appointment within a week on the Saturday we needed. Cleaned the whole 1 floor flat in a couple of hours (and this place was pretty dirty). After the workers were finished, the owner came and made sure that we were satisfied with the quality of work and even did a bit more than we originally asked for a very reasonable charge. Overall excellent and fair service.

I called and made an appointment for general housecleaning and they did not bother to show up! I understand that there could have been a misunderstanding in the scheduling, but it's been 48 hours since I called both of the phone numbers and left messages with my phone number and I never heard back from them. I have never had such bad and unprofessional service before.

The cleaning was very detailed & thorough. I would recommend this company to anyone.

THEY CLEANED WELL, I DID HAVE A FEW PROBLEMS WITH SOME OF THE AREAS CLEANED BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS RE DOING THE WORK. I DIDN'T HAVE TO FOLLOW BEHIND THEM AND THAT'S THE WAY I LIKE IT.

I AM SO VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT ALEXANDRA'S CLEANING SERVICE PERFORMS. THEY ARE A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY AND THEY ARE NEVER LATE. I HAVE THEM COME OUT ONCE A MONTH FOR 75 DOLLARS A VISIT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THEY DO A GREAT JOB AND MY HOME LOOKS GREAT.
