Xtreme Cleaning

I just recently moved into a home and called Jimmy to clean my berber carpets which pretty much covered the whole upstairs. He was very knowledgeable about the types of carpets and what was needed to clean and take care of them properly. He was straight forward and offered a very decent price- no gimmicks or offering packages for levels of cleaning- he just knew what was right for my type of carpet. Jimmy and his friend, arrived late but kept me updated throughout the day via text. After first touring the area, his estimate came out higher than he originally quoted me over the phone. This was understandable because he did not see it beforehand, but he agreed to a negotiated price without any issue. He and his friend performed the job to completion, and even got rid of some stains which I thought would not come out. Thanks guys for a job well done!!

Great guy. Handles business quickly and is very flexible. Has an efficient system. Gave him four stars because his guy broke one of my base boards but didn't tell me and because I think they could have spent more time on the stains.

Jimmy solved stained carpet problem that kept coming back, hired Xtreme and they came out the next day and within a couple had the job done. It's been over a month now and the stain has not come back. We are completely satisfied!
