Everything went as expected. He discovered pet stains and removed traffic stains. The priced jumped at start from quoted over phone up $40 more. Otherwisehe would have gotten all 5s.

We were preparing a mobile home for sale and the carpet and tile were filthy. We thought we would need to replace it all to make it salable. First we decided to get estimates on cleaning and see if we could find some one confidant they could get it at least passable. Jimmy came in and gave us an honest evaluation at the price we had in our minds! And it all came out passable for sale. Saved us thousands of dollars.
