Great experience working with Kole and his employees. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves everyday and took pride in their work. Very flexible as well as knowledgeable in advising ideas as the project progressed. They worked hard and stayed as long as necessary each day to complete each days work. Kole, the owner, is a wonderful person; he accommodate some other issues as well as re grouting the flagstones in my patio. The 2 workers were respectful, knowledgeable ad worked hard consistently and efficiently. They did a top notch job. I would rate them a 10!

Kole took on a very challenging tile job for us. We had started the project ourselves and could not complete the work due to time constraints and condo rules. We ran out of some tile and had too much of other tile. Some of the tile we could not get, so Kole had to do some very creative things to deal with the lack of tile and the abundance. He has also returned to the job to replaced some loose tiles that we installed. Kole does what he says he is going to do and is on time which is very rare in the construction industry.

Kole and his assistants repaired a wall mosaic for us. They did a terrific job. They were here on time and were pleasant, courteous and accommodating. We would definitely use Kole again for any related projects.

Installed a kitchen back splash that involved cutting around 13 outlets. I actually interviewed a couple of contractors who tried to talk me out of doing this project. Kole arrived on time, helped me decide on some of the small details and did a great job. They finished on time and cleaned up. My kitchen looks great.

Since I had negative results with previous remodels, I interviewed several contractors for the installation of a new shower. I chose Kole Miller because his bid was mid-range and I had used him for other projects with satisfaction. Kole's Tile promised the job completion in 8 days and it was finished early on the 9th day. I asked Kole and Robert to build me a "dream shower" and that is exactly what I received. My new shower is showroom-quality and beyond my expectations. Kole and Robert arrived on time each day, covered all areas while working, removed the tarps each day, and vaccuumed the areas. Nothing was damaged and both Kole and Robert were very respectful with my property. Kole Miller runs an outstanding company. He acts professionally with extraordinary manners. I highly recommend Kole's Tile to anyone that enjoys product excellence. I have already asked Kole to remodel my kitchen soon.

I hired Kole Miller and Jim Jones to install 1700 SQFT of Versailles travertine in my home. One word to describe these two. Excellent! My project was complex because they not only they had to demo hardwood floor, but also deal with different sub flooring underneath my hardwood, raise the floor while maintaining levelness with the rest of the house. I must have interviewed 7-8 contractors before deciding on Kole. All of those contractors could not figure out how to maintain leveling throughout my house due to our different sub floors in the living room vs. the hallway. When Kole was presented with our problem he asked for one night to think about how he would solve it. The next day he came back with a solution that we also thought it would work. We hired him right away and the rest is history. He dealt with sub flooring issue correctly and successfully, floated the entire 1700 sq. ft. of floor to level things before installing the tiles. This kind of major floor replacement can be very disruptive to normal routines if you live in the house while it is being done like we did. Yet these two were able to divide the project into phases that we had asked for so that we did not have to move out of our house and were able to get it done professionally while we went on with our normal lives. They worked on my floors for over 11 weeks. They were reliable, punctual, consistent, hard working, and accommodating. The results show and speak for themselves. My floors look beautiful and we love it. I could not have picked a more professional skilled contractor for my complex job. I would recommend them highly, and personally will hire them in a heart beat for my future projects.

Kole and Jimmy did an excellent job repairing the crack under my kitchen floor tile, and relaying the affected tiles. They were right on time and got the work done quickly and efficiently. They were very informative about every step of the process - I asked a lot of questions and they answered everything that I wanted to know. They stayed cheerful and did not get annoyed with my many questions. Because I was very happy with Kole's work, I am planning to have him handle some other tile repair work in my entryway.
