It was pretty straightforward. It was fine.

Sometimes, I have a spider here and there and I don't like spiders so I have to call them out again to respray. They come every three months. They automatically come out unless I need them out here. Sometimes, I have to wait for a day or two.

First, the rat went from garage into house . He should have put exclusion barrier from door kitchen into garage. Then we started finding drippings all over the house . Every time a tech would come out they would just check the traps charge a lot If money , then leave. Every new tech siding know what had been done before. The only reason I paid was I didn't want them to mess with my credit rating and didn't have time I take them to small claims court. Next time I'll do it myself . All I needed was a trap in the garage, And exclusion from door between garage and kitchen. If the tech had known what he was doing he would have done that

My wife made a purchase of an Angie's List deal on Sunday, September 25, 2016. We waited until Wednesday, September 28 for someone from Corky's to contact us. No one did. I called after work to Corky's and talked to a gentleman in their termite department who made a long distance appointment for the inspection on October 14, 2016. First he said he could get me a 10 am to noon window time, but then said someone might be over at 8 am ! When I inquired about texting messages from Angie's List to Corky's two times, he was totally unaware of it. I asked him to text me back to my Angie's List account, and as of today Thursday, September 29 I do not see any such text. So, we are moving on, canceling the inspection and we are going to try someone else.

scheduling was a nightmare with Corky's twice changing service times without notification. Price charged was more than quoted over the phone. Three different schedulers failed to notify us that we would have to vacate our home for 2 and a half hours after spraying. Technician was excellent and professional but showed up half an hour before scheduled which almost caused us to miss his visit.

I've previously had great experiences with Corky's for termite inspection which makes it very disappointing that our rodent control service went so poorly. The woman who did the exclusion in our attic to keep the mice out was terrific. We were pleased with that part of the service. However, the man (Gary) who came out to locate and fill the bait stations was terrible. The first time he was scheduled to show up, he never showed. Didn't call to say he couldn't make it, just didn't show. After I rescheduled, and he did arrive, I asked him about it and he just looked at my blankly. No apology. The 2nd time he was scheduled to arrive he showed up well before the window he was supposed to arrive in (access to our property is locked so he needed to be scheduled so we could let him in). The 4th week in a row when the bait was to be refilled was a no show again. No one called to cancel. I've called a few times to complain and hear apologies but they seem unable to send someone different out to our property. When I cancelled my service, they said they would send another person, but it ended up being the same guy who left me voicemail asking if he could come 3 hours early and then I never heard anything more from him. He was a no show during the scheduled window when I was again, waiting around for him to show up. I can't understand how this man is still employed by Corky's but at this point I'm convinced they don't care about having happy customers. To date, I've been charged for more refill visits than we've received. Someone from their office was supposed to call us about getting a partial refund but we never heard from them. I've been stood up 3 times and the service person has been fairly rude and unapologetic for being very early a different time. If they try to send Gary King out to service your house, I'd find a different provider for your rodent service.

A complete disaster. The technicians told me to leave everything unlocked in my home, and that it would be safe. When I returned, I found that someone had cut through the tent, broken in a back door, and ransacked every room of the house. Computers, electronics, cash, and jewelry worth over $10,000 were stolen, and there was about $1200 in property damage. The police department said it looked like an inside job. I can't say whether Corky's employers were the burglars, or tipped off the burglars, but I can say that Corky's was unhelpful and unprofessional, refusing to take any responsibility. Their position (now) is that losing all your valuables is a risk you take any time your home is fumigated. If so, why was this "risk" no disclosed beforehand? AVOID CORKY'S AT ALL COSTS.

There was a tremendous amount of coordination to pull off this project. The entire staff at Corky's Pest Control was very helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took what felt like an overwhelming project and made it seem easy. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

It went fine. We have it billed directly. We don't do it monthly. They're good.

We have them come out every 2 months. We have an agreement with them. We've used them for years. We've had no problems with them. They are actually really good. They call us ahead of time to tell us when they'll be here.

It went great. I have a service with them so they are here every 6 weeks. They do 2 separate services for me.
