They sprayed outside the house where they were coming in.

It went very well and no longer have problems with ants invading my kitchen and bathroom.

Very poor customer service. We have been customers for years. Last year, one of the technicians kicked one of our miniature dachshund's during a routine visit. We were not notified when he was coming so we did not know to put the dogs away. They were barking at him but did not bite or nip him. When we confronted Corey's they said it was our fault for having the dogs out. So they started emailing us to let us know they were coming. Recently, we found out that our rat traps had not been serviced AT LEAST for the most recent service (3 to 4 days prior to discovering this) by a technician from the commercial division. Our neighbor experienced the same neglect. When the company was made aware of the error, iT took them three days to email me to let me know that the original technician could not access our property and they did not have the proper phone number to let us know. They DO have our proper email. I am certain that had we not discovered the error by chance, they would not have let us know they did not do the regular service for which we were charged. So once again, it was OUR fault. The customer service person I spoke to had no interest in hearing the whole story and kept defending their position. We are no longer interested in their service and will warn people about their very poor customer service. Their employee MATT on the commercial side should get a raise for his EXCELLENT handling of the situation. The rest of them, not so much.

Unfortunately the problem persisted after the first technician's work was completed. After being awakened at 4 am by ants in the bed - in our hair, etc., Corky's sent a new technician out. Jesse has 12 years experience and knew immediately what needed to be done, and the problem has been resolved. He was amazing - very knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. We are now on an every other month service, and will hopefully continue to be pleased!

The Corky's employee showed up 40 minutes after the scheduled appoint time. (late) I did not follow in his footsteps and so I did not witness the application of the treatment. I will have to wait to see if the bug activity is controlled.

We had a bad ant problem prior and when we started using this company the problem went away immediately. We have used them for over a year now and still doing very well.

Very well, we continue to have them come spray every other month.

Used the "green" procedure which was very clean and efficient. The building contractors really knew what they were doing in completing the repairs. All people I interacted with are very respectful and courtesy. Will definitely use them to clean and re insulate the attic.

It went badly. This morning, after yet another in a long line of scheduling issues over the years, I finally just cancelled my service. I am moving my business to another reputable provider via Angie's List. Their main problem is scheduling. They rarely showed up when they said they would. Constant issues with keeping scheduled appointments. We would schedule one date and time, and inevitably it would end up wrong in their system, or the technician would just arbitrarily change it and show up at some other time to accommodate his schedule. In addition, even though they acknowledge the mistakes are on their end, they don't prioritize you as far as re-scheduling. They re-schedule you for when it's convenient for them and their technicians. So if they just don't show up on the scheduled date, in some cases I would have to wait and additional 2 weeks to get them back out. Terrible. Over the years I had to spend a ridiculous amount of time following up with them to confirm/correct appointments, etc. There was always some excuse, but the bottom line is they are just unreliable and their internal communication (front office with technicians) is very bad. Technicians are nice, professional, competent. Front office people are nice as well. Unfortunately that doesn't make up for their substantial scheduling issues. I would not recommend them.

OK. 2 new tech showed up & were done in lesser time than the usual. Normally in the past, it would taken about 20 mins but this last time seemed like 10 mins or less. Previously, there was this one tech, that we "built" a relationship with for a couple of years. Then one day we got a new rep b/c the previous one had left. This other rep seemed to keep up the same, good service, customer service as well but then, he too didn't continue to be the "regular" tech. Our 1st tech was very "attentive" to our specific yards - as to suggesting possible "spraying" areas or would always ask to see if there are any concerns we had regarding services...like having our garage done/sprayed. I guess some techs are more serviceable/personable & professional than others (it depends on the individual/s) but overall, we are happy w/Corkys.

Well as far,as I know as we aren't home when service is performed.

I have used them for many years and when I moved to new home cintinued their service here. Always a great job Termite work done once with s follow up two years later I now use them on a monthly basis for insects

They come every six weeks. I have been using them for at least 15 years. Arvin is absolutely fantastic. If I have a problem I can call them and they come right away. If it doesn't get taken care of they come right back no questions asked. I love them. I haven't had bugs, they was just one time where I got pincer bugs. Let me tell ya I used to have spider webs, I don't have any anymore. Arvin is great, I love Arvin. Very personable, does his job. Always rings the bell and lets me know he's here and what he is going to be doing.

Whatever they are doing they are doing right because I don't have any problems. I know what pests the neighborhood has and I have nothing.

They have a program in place to keep yard mice down and the usual bugs that inhabit San Diego. They are reliable, if there's something amiss they fix it. They are prompt and do the job. They're highly professional and I rely on them to do the job and they do it. I am not going to tell them on how to improve because I have used them for 20 years.

THEY SPRAY EVERYTHING WE TELL THEM TO DO. SO IF WE HAVE ANY HOT SPOTS THEY ARE ADDRESSED.

Fine thought we were certainly not spider free. My problem was that I signed a Year treatment plan and expected notification when the year payment plan was up for removal. Notification never happened. I kept getting charged automatically. When I called and challenged these practices they responded that they have done this for years with no issue and costumers always remember when it is renewal time. It's seems to me that a professional organization could easily give a curtesy reminder. They showed no interest in doing this and offered no reimbursement for services done and charged without my approval.

After years of fighting ant invasions into our home, and after an especially bad infestation one summer, we hired Corky's for ongoing pest control. We have never had an ant indoors since! We called them once when we found a brown widow spider in the house, they came immediately and did an inspection and supplemental spray. Service has been great.

When we moved they didn't offer the same contract and the cost was pretty high to do the same thing in a smaller house. We ended up going with a different company.

The best testimony I can give is that we have not experienced any insect infestation in our home.

They are always punctual and polite and our home is pest free with their quarterly services

Extensive damage to my house and landscape. Destroyed a twenty year old tree from creless throwing the tent off the roof AFTER they were done. Killed dozens of bushes that were OUTSIDE the tent just form trampling and carelessness. Broke almost a hundred tiles on my roof. I paid for the tile guarantee so that they would pay to replace them. They told me afterward that I couldn't get my own vendor to do it, they send someone themselves. The workers they sent had no license or apparent skills with roofing. They used the WRONG TILE and also left dozens of broken tiles. My roof is not leaking in this torrential downpour, causing thousands in damage. We are seeking remedy.
