Description of Work: The exterminator was very friendly, explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions. He did a very thorough job. My only fault was he was suppose to come back in 3 days. We were gone but there was not a note or any sign he had been there. I called him but got no reply.

Description of Work: We have been using Corky's for several years to treat our yard and house perimeter every six weeks through our pest control maintenance contract. We initially contacted them because of an ant problem, decided to have Corky's provide regularly scheduled maintenance and have never had a problem since. Their technicians are professional, courteous and observant. They always ask if we have any particular problems and leave information about the type of treatment provided each visit.

Description of Work: Corky's is our regular pest control provider. Do not have any issues with ants, spiders or termites. Get notices via mail on the upcoming week that service will be provided. When service is complete, they leave a sheet of information on what was done and any other observations. Very easy to work with and do a thorough job.
