Description of Work: We have an ongoing service contract with them. We have NO bug issues indoors or outdoors. Not sure how their rates compare with other companies but we are happy with Corky's.

Description of Work: We have used Corky's for a number of years for regular outdoor pest control. They were able to customize their service and cost to what we actually needed which other companies have not been able to do.

Description of Work: Corkys does a every 10 weeks spraying and rat treatment for me. Louis is my tech and he always ask how it's going and keeps me informed.

Description of Work: They provide pest control services on a regular basis; approximately every 2 months. They spray the outside of my home (walls, plants, walks, inside my garage etc. ) with their chemicals based on the specific insects they are treating. The also replace rodent bait in several of their traps in the garden in the back of my home.

Description of Work: We have used Corky's for years. We contacted them initially because of a problem with ants. The service was so satisfactory that we have them come every six weeks to treat our home for ants and spiders. Also, a few years ago we had a termite problem which they solved. We are very satisfied with Corky's.

Description of Work: They sprayed for bugs around the property but did not want to do it when we were home. We feel they were not doing every thing they claimed to do.

Description of Work: Performed regular outdoor pest control and it went well. Indoor service was not required.

Description of Work: They sprayed inside and outside because we were overrun with ants, mostly in the kitchen but also dining room and in upstairs bedrooms. We had been trying to eradicate the ants ourselves but decided to call in the professionals. From the first contact on the telephone to the contact with the technician who came to the house, we were pleased with the representatives" communication skills and profesionalism. We have not seen an ant since the first treatment in mid-October. I cannot comment on the value, because I did not do price comparisons. Also, I agreed to an ongoing treatment at some interval. I'm not sure if this is necessary but other companies have urged the same program. I am sorry I do not know the cost of the service.

Description of Work: I didn't end up needing the service, but they went above and beyond what I think they had to. They don't service my area but tried very hard to work with me to where they could do the work.
