Erick, Santos and the guys were very professional and courteous. They did a fabulous job upgrading our whole house to code with a new panel and lines, power and lights in our garage, and lights and outlets outside and inside our home. Highly recommended!

My only critizism would be that I would have expected an electrician to carry with them replacement electricall panel breakers. As it was, they had to drive across town to purchase the replacement breakers. That said, they were knowledgeable and Santos in particular was engaging and friendly. Erik, who was the more “assignment focused”, found the root of my electrical problem within just 15 minutes. Overall when I consider that they were able to see me the same day that I called out the need and that they were very efficient in finding and fixing( exception as I already said of having to leave to purchase parts) my electrical problem, I give them high marks indeed.

Very nice guys.They showed up 1 day early, but it worked out. They charge one fee to troubleshoot and a separate fee for the work. Both fees seemed really high to me, especially to replace two light fixtures. In my case, the problem was misdiagnosed. They came back out for no charge. But once again, the cost to make the repair seemed really expensive and they still didn't tell me the source of the problem.

Came early to appointment but I was anxious to get work completed so that wasn’t a problem for me. Gave initial cost estimate based on description of work and project cost came exactly on budget. Finished project in under 2 hours (5 switch replacements and three way configuration.) Made a point to clean up all working locations. Spoke both English and Spanish fluently. Very professional and friendly.

Mendez Electric came a few minutes early. They started working right away and did not stop until the job was complete. They made sure throughout that they were doing what I wanted. They were very neat and tidy. Very respectful and with very reasonable pricing, you could not ask for more.

Excellent and very professional work but I feel a little pricey for the time it took to complete the project versus the original projected time.
