I had to follow up with the Glass Doctor in order to get my order processed. I called on the day they originally thought they would install the glass only to find out that their vendor had not received the fax and they had been having trouble sending faxes. Poor follow through on their part. When they arrived to install the glass, they found that the vendor had put the correct measurements on the label but the glass was the incorrect size. This was the vendor's error, but we could have avoided having plywood on our window if they had just done a quick measurement to double check. That said, I would still go to them again for service but if I experienced additional problems then, I would not return.

Excellent and professional work. Came on time to install new glass. This was a far cry from the other website that recommended an unlicensed contractor who did not know how to repair a double glazed pane of glass. Thank you Glass Doctor for a job well done.
