Description of Work: Consultation for a deck in my backyard. It was basically a paid marketing exercise. I paid, they listened, final product and price seemed to indicate we were having different discussions.

Description of Work: Consultation only, very informative. |Not suitable for small jobs, would consider them for larger jobs in the future. All in all pleasant to deal with.

Description of Work: He had an excellent knowledge of government codes. He is enthusiastic and delivered a designsin a timely manner.

Description of Work: We purchased a deal for a plan for a kitchen. We didn't end up remodeling the kitchen, but we were satisfied with what they did.

Description of Work: I have never received the estimated. A guy (supposedly the manager) came and took almost and hour from my time and promised to send the estimate in 3 or 4 days and nothing, I called him and he didn´t return my phone call. Almost a month later he called me asking if he could return to take some photos, I ask him to call me back, and still waiting.

Description of Work: Did not use because would not give a copy of the design I paid for plus over priced.

Description of Work: Purchased a deal for inspection and was contacted as promised within a couple of days as promised however due to their heavy schedule the appointment was arranged one month later. I was given a 1 hour arrival window but no one showed so I called. First it was explained that the scheduler accidentally scheduled me for the following week, then it was explained that the inspector had to leave town on a personal issue and it was unknown when he would return. Trying to keep my project going I asked if someone could come out to take a look at an existing issue, but was informed there was a $2K min and asked if the job met that requirement. Considering the fact that I was requesting an inspection to understand and get an estimate of all work needed I found this question rather redundant. I mentioned this to the person on the phone and again they repeated that the inspector was out of town....At this point I just requested a refund.

Description of Work: We had our floors and cabinets redone as well as our whole house painted. Every person was professional and kind. They did a wonderful job and we will refer them to any of our friends!
