Green California Builders remodeled my bathroom and kitchen and results are spectacular. Everyone from Green California Builders was totally honest, extremely helpful, professional, nice and friendly. Overall it was a really great experience and I would definitely work with this company again! If it would be possible, I would give them a 10 stars!

After I received several quotes from recommended contractors on my kitchen remodel I decided to go with Green California Builders. They gave me the best quality-price ratio. The project started on time and went very smooth and there were no any issues. The project manager and his team were professional, honest and helpful. They really cares about customer satisfaction. And I am fully satisfied with the outcome. My new kitchen is phenomenal! I highly recommend Green California Builders for any remodeling job!

I hired them to build an addition to my house and they did high quality job, finished within scheduled date and within agreed price. There were some unexpected issues, nothing serious and they resolved everything easily and there were no extra costs. Con Artists! These contractors go by various company names Green California Builders out of San Jose, Ca California Construction Center out of North Hollywood, Ca, And San Jose, Ca and California Construction Bay Area Inc, out of San Jose, Ca as well as various other names over the last 10-15 years, all the same people just under different guises. They go by different names to hide from complaints and bad reviews for the work they have done. The contractor Erez Zilberberg (aka E.Z.) and Project Manager Sagi (aka Sage) are dishonest and will say anything to have clients sign the contract. We mistakenly thought the reviews on the various sites (Angie’s List, Houzz, Yelp) were true reviews only to find out the hard way that the work this contractor does is illegal, not to code , is not properly supervised and the final product is very poor workmanship. We hired them for a remodel of our kitchen, 2 bathrooms. 1. They refused to put an end date on the contract and a project that should have taken 2-3 months took 10 months due to workers working half days, being intoxicated on the job, taking naps during the work day in our home, workers being pulled from job to job each day so no job ever got finished (all of this was caught on camera). 2. They did not call for any of the necessary city inspections, closed up all the walls, floors, etc. (This is illegal) 3. All of the plumbing and electrical work done in our home was done incorrectly/illegally, causing significant leaks and damage to our home, all of which we had to have redone. (by a different company obviously) 4. The proper protection was not placed over the various areas of our home (hardwood floors, custom stair railing) the workers caused thousands of dollars of damage. 5. They stole property from our home (caught on camera). 6. They did not install cabinets or countertops level or per design therefore when water is on countertops it pools in corners and spills off edges (They refused to fix their work). 7. They painted walls the wrong color and even painted patches of semi gloss paint on walls that were painted with flat paint, followed by Contractor EZ swearing he cant see the difference between the semi gloss and flat paint. 8. None of the work in our home was supervised by a licensed contractor, these guys are about quantity of jobs as opposed to quality of work and do not provide any supervision of their workers. They are under investigation by the licensing board for their work and will have their license removed as a result. They have previous complaints against them for similar violations. We have learned the hard way how important it is really do your homework and investigate contractors and their backgrounds prior signing a contract, if a contractor has complaints against them, have changed their company name and go by various names, and if anything feels fishy....run, dont walk in the opposite direction! A bad remodel that destroys your home and stretches on for months and months past completion date can cause immeasurable heartache on your family!

Green California Builders Inc. has done several remodels for us at our home. I call them first when I have a project because I know that they will deliver! Last April, we had few leaks which required that we replace the entire roof, so we took the opportunity to replace with modern shingles. At the time we had a jet tub that I wanted to replace eventually as well. This last May we finally had the resources to do a full kitchen remodel. We now have a beautiful modern kitchen. The cabinet work and the recommendations for granite countertops and flooring made by them are superb! Thank you, Green California Builders Inc. for always delivering!
