Description of Work: My initial contact with them was positive, had used them about 20 years ago for a remodel. However, had TWO separate appointments with them for bathroom remodel, they were NO SHOWS BOTH TIMES. I was also not contacted by them in any way for the no show appointments until I initiated the call to them for not responding. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!

Description of Work: Jay is one of the contractor's I found on Angie's List. After talking about my mother's home needing to be remodeled, Jay made the whole process easy to understand, he also beat the other two contractor's price and also became like one of the family. The quality of workmanship and material (we hand picked) was outstanding! I knew I found the best contractor for my mother!

Description of Work: Jay Cool responded promptly to my call and we scheduled an appointment immediately. He came up with a good plan and some alternatives, however our plans changed and we did not go through with the work.
