Description of Work: I went into Conklin Bros. several times. The first time I spent a lot of time selecting carpeting. I asked for samples to take home. They took down the numbers and said they would call me. After a couple of weeks, I went in again. They said they would check into it. Then I called back a few days later. They said they were on it. I never heard from them again. I used someone else.

Description of Work: Installed new carpet and padding. Installed the carpet in a house where baseboards were brand new and treated them as such, moved all furniture from and back to the exact location, and did a great job of cleaning up all carpeting installation debris. We highly recommend Daryl Zweigle as a Conklin salesperson along with Conklin Brothers and their installers. There is no reason to buy from an alternative provider. They are that good.

Description of Work: We had used Conklin Bros for 3 previous flooring installations in our home, so we chose a laminate floor from their store and had them install it. Install went great, but floor creaked consistently, which had not happened with the prior laminate floors they installed for us. Seems like the click fit, instead of gluing the seams, caused the issue. Long story short, the company was very slow to respond (13 months from install to resolution), but finally did respond to our satisfaction. As I stated, our prior experience with this company was very good, and I believe this issue was related to the material, not the vendor or installer.
