I can't rate the work yet. They are waiting for parts. The people are very nice. The man came out and surveyed the situation; they need to order the parts from Norman Shutters. Because of the Covid virus, Norman is behind. But they called and gave me an update. Which I appreciated

I highly recommend Bloomin Blinds. For months I was trying to get another Hunter Douglas rep to come repair my blinds. After one visit to inspect and 2 no shows, I decided to go onto Home Advisor to find another service provider. I found Bloomin Blinds! Bloomin Blinds contacted me less than 24 hours after I put in my request in Home Advisor. And they scheduled time to review my blinds 2 days later. They kept me informed of when the tech was going to arrive and the tech arrived early. He was able to remove the blinds, restring them in his service vehicle and reinstall them within 3 hours. I live in a loft and my blinds are about 10' wide by 10' long.

I thought that the repair was to be done on site - No - The blinds were taken away - however they were returned at end of day and installed and that worked fine! so OK

After just looking at my blind head rail, the technician said it was not repairable. And he said they probably wouldn't be able find just a new head rail. But they would be happy to sell me a whole new set of blinds. Now what are they going to use for a head rail?! Do NOT use them. I feel like I am being taken advantage of!
