Ted and associate (sorry I can't remember his name) were amazing. They were easy to communicate with. They used their time very efficiently and saved us some money in the long run. We feel our money was well spent and we would highly recommend Apollo Electric.

Extremely well. Provided lots of helpful advice. Also declined additional appointment (and associated cost), by telling me that the task I wanted to hire him for could be easily done myself, and encouraged me to call him if I had any questions.

Had to improvise the job due to alignments of fixtures with boxes, but handeled the problem well.

There were two electricians and they were east to work with and pleasant to deal with. The area looked clean, tidy and neat when done.

Very well; all items were completed quickly and in budget. I brought in Apollo Electric for two sessions to take care of outlet and fixture maintenance that had been deferred for several years. They got the work done very quickly and did a good job cleaning up. I shared with Ted, the lead man, that I had done some minor wiring myself for other people in the past, and he was very helpful suggesting alternative ways to do some of my work myself rather than call in a contractor for every last thing. I really appreciate the way he interacted with me and took my level of expertise into account. It was truly a pleasure. You can tell he loves his work!

It went really well. I called Ted the day before, explaining my situation (doing a siding project, wall was opened, etc. He was able to fit me into his tight schedule. He was very responsive and kept me in the loop in every step. His price was very reasonable. The job was done well. I looked into the panel and everything was cleanly routed and organized. Definitely will get his help again in the future.

Apollo Electric and Ted Bakelis were great. We have been having problems for years with about 20 low voltage cans we installed about 12 years ago. Even had the wiring completely replaced on them about three years ago and they have already started failing again. Ted suggested the replacing them with all in one LED fixtures where the can and the light are a single package. Not only does that save me the hassle of changing the lights for 20 years (which was a constant struggle) they look way better than I could have expected. It's llke we got a new kitchen and hallway. Apollo fixed a tricky problem, did it quickly and on budget and we ended up with a solution that looks way better than the original with a lot less maintenance.

Ted did a great job in suggesting ideas for an unusual installation of lights under a canopy. He listened to my ideas and we came up with a plan that worked great. This is the 2nd job I've used Apollo for and on both jobs Ted was responsive with visits for quotes and on time for the jobs. I'll definitely use him again.

Ted is amazing. We couldn't have been happier with his services! Where do I start... - He came out to talk to us the same day I called him - He delivered a (VERY competitive) proposal to us within a day or two - He was beyond flexible as we kept adding things to the scope of work - He is price conscious and not only gave us excellent consultation on what would be the Cadillac vs Honda options; he also did things like charge us for fixtures only at cost and didn't charge us for some smaller items that we asked him to do - He was super accommodating of our schedule (we had a baby in the middle of the project and Ted worked really hard to get his work complete so that we were squared away by the time the baby came) - On top of all this, Ted is super nice, friendly, conversational, and all around a really good guy He's now "our" electrician and we can't recommend him highly enough!

I had lined up another electrician to put in some recessed lighting for us before getting our walls retextured. That one fell through at the last minute. I found Ted on Angie's list and called him in desperation, hoping he could do the work before the retexturing started the next week. He was able to come over and give me a bid the same day (Wednesday), and was in our house working the following Monday. He and Danny were very professional, knowledgable, and competent. Ted answered all my questions and was very responsive to phone calls and emails. The problems the other electrician said he couldn't solve, Ted and Danny fixed easily. They put in 15 recessed lights and wired a bedroom light fixture in one day. We did have a couple issues he had to come back and fix, but they were minor things and he came back quickly to take care of them. Very happy with the work and I would highly recommend Apollo electric to anyone!

Amazing! Ted responded from the Angie's list inquiry. He was incredibly patient in answering all of my questions and coordinating a time to do the work. He stayed in constant communication in the weeks it took for me to get my ^#* together. Once scheduled he let me know what time his crew would arrive. Danny was awesome. He walked through the entire house with me, made some recommendations and made sure I was comfortable with the plan before I headed to work. Ted checked in with me when he arrived on site and at the end of the job. I highly recommend them and will contact them for any future electrical needs. For some reason I can't fill in the cost portion of the review? The charge was reasonable and well worth the quality of work and time taken on the job,

Ted arrived on time and after discussing the problem, he quickly started to determine what was causing the loss of power. He checked the main pump and determined it was working properly. He then checked the booster pump for the pool sweep and determined it was causing the loss of power. He explained that was as far as he could go. Had the problem been with the control panel, he would have been able to fix that, but because it was in the pump, I had to work with the manufacturer or installer. What I did like about Ted was he took the time to explain how the system worked with the timing and power distribution between the two pumps. This reinforced my knowledge of how I thought the system worked. Ted also took the time to explain what I would need to do if I wanted to remove the defective pump to take it in for service or replacement. This made it easy for me to decide to remove the defective pump myself. Following the original contact with Apollo Electric, I was having an intermittent power outage in half of our house. I isolated the problem to the main service panel. When I contacted Ted at Apollo, he identified the problem from a picture of the panel and my description of the problem. Ted said half of the main breaker was intermittently loosing contact with the buss bar. It turned out to be a common problem with the old design that was not upgraded during a remodel of the house by the previous owner. He was able to locate a replacement, which was not an easy thing to do given the old age of our service panel, and arrived the next day to install it. He did his best to clean up the damage caused by the old breaker but said the problem will come back. We discussed a service panel replacement and I requested a service panel upgrade to 200 amp service. He provided a very reasonable estimate for the job and I authorized the work to proceed. The job covered four partial days to complete, but power to the house was off for only a few hours on the second day. He and his assistant were always on time and did an excellent job with the demolition and panel installation that included a new mast head and ground rod. They kept the job site clean and they obviously took pride in their work for the neatness they maintained with all the work they performed. Ted was present when the Inspector arrived on the third day for the buyoff on the new panel installation. On this day, he also prepped the area around the new service panel for the stucco repair. After the Inspector approved the prep work, Ted returned for the fourth day to apply the stucco repair. The whole process was completed with no problems.
