The building envelope are those systems whose purpose is keeping the environment out, these include, roofs, windows, walls, doors, skylights, flashings and anything on the building exterior that gets wet . . . We offer roof inspections and evaluations; these are useful for identifying maintenance issues, problem areas, service life remaining, preventative maintenance and life extension information about the system . . . Mold issues- we diagnose the moisture source . . . We also Manage the Projects during remediation . . . We do no subcontracting . . . All work is performed in house . . . We bill by-the-hour .
