Let's Move It Right

It went great. jesus and Arnold did a great job move quickly and did not damage any of my items. Very professional. Would recommend to anyone for their services.

This was a move for my mother, who has limited mobility. Liko and Daniel arrived right on time (around 8:30 am) and got right to work. They brought wardrobe boxes and carefully wrapped up the tv and artwork (everything else we boxed up in advance). At the new place, they took the time to ask my mother where she wanted various pieces of furniture. They were very courteous and speedy. It was a stressful day but made much easier by Liko and Daniel. I would definitely hire Let's Move It Right again.

The pickup and load-in was perfect. I used Let's Move It for a local move previously and their local crew did a fast, efficient, and professional job, getting everything in the truck in under an hour really. The delivery and load-out was a little more problematic. I think mostly it was because it was just one guy in an 18-wheeler. He did call to say he'd be later than planned (about 7 PM) and the the 1st load-out facility closes by 9 PM. He chooses to back into the gate at the storage facility. I open the gate but then realize I have to be his spotter since he doesn't have a colleague but I have no way to communicate to him that there's a time limit on the opening and he hits the gate, knocks it off track and bends the gate a bit. I lift the gate back on the track and it's still functional, but the office people come out and they're ****** at me because they just had the gate fixed. Now I'm a "bad" client in their eyes. After that, he's rushing himself in a big hurry and even dropped a couple of boxes. The original supervisor I spoke to said the delivery crew would help me organize things in the storage facility, but this service was not offered and it was apparent to me this was not a guy I would trust to organize anything. We then went to the residence where there were about 20 items to be delivered. Because he has too big a truck he tells me it'll have cost extra to get things beyond 75 feet and that there's an extra cost for being on the 2nd floor requiring stairs. I'm sure these provisions are in the contract language, but I feel pressured since I didn't know they'd send a truck that would require extra costs--so we agree he'll take things only as far as the contract dictates and I just carry everything myself the rest of the way. My advice to LMI is that they need to monitor and quality control their long-distance subcontractors a little better, because that guy was definitely NOT up to their local moving standards--as I think of it, he's the kind of budget mover you'd expect when you hire "just a guy with a truck" and you'd expect it to be a lot cheaper since it's less quality. So A+ for 50%, but C for the other guy (for basically getting it done). Everything got here safely and intact, I'm not quibbling with the price with the price at this point (I didn't really shop it around that much since my 1st experience with them was great). And I suppose I got a LOT of exercise that night in the Las Vegas heat so that probably helped me build character., eh?

This is my second time to use Let's Move it Right's Moving Services. They are professionals from the time you pick-up the phone, to follow-ups the day before the actual move. The movers are professional, punctual and reliable. They're all honest, hardworking, no-nonsense and really live up to their company name -- they do Move it Right! Thanks to Julian and company for making my move so much easier and less stressful.

The movers had a very difficult job - I moved out of a 3 story townhouse to a 2nd floor walk up apartment, so there were a lot of stairs. They were on time, all of the furniture was wrapped very carefully, and arrived without any damage. They were professional and worked very hard throughout a very long work day. About half of the items were packed into crates for storage. The packing was done very carefully and efficiently.

Went very smoothly. Crew did a great job. Everything arrived in good shape. Great customer service all around. I would recommend this company.

Through the years, the prices have gone up. Overall, they've always been able to move me. A few hiccups along the way, but we always manage to come to a happy medium.

This is my second time using this company and have not been disappointed. They are on time, polite and hard working. Their pricing is fair considering all they do. Items were packed with care and they work fast. Will use them again if need be.

Far better than expected. Crews were fast and efficient, and the biggest bonus was the avoidance of a shuttle move to the new house - narrow road for two 26' trucks. The crew boss actually backed the trucks up the hill on the narrow street and thereby avoided a bunch of work (and a bunch of my cash!) for the extra time involved for a shuttle move. I would hire these guys in a heartbeat and not even bother to look elsewhere.

I was told the timeframe would be from noon to 2pm. They showed up after several phone calls at 4:45. Since I moved all of the small pieces myself, I knew this move would not take long at all. I paid for 3 man crew with a truck for 3 hours. This job lasted two and the crew were knowledgeable and quick. Since the crew were so good, I disregarded the time issue. The next day, the company called me and told me it was a 4 hour minimum and I owed them $120. I informed them the deal on Angie's List which I paid for mention nothing about a 4 hour minimum and that I was not going to pay. Although I never heard from them after this conversation, do companies know what deal they listed on this site???? Since the movers were great I would hire again.

Awesome! They were professional and never complained even when they worked a 12 hour day. We have used this company for 3 local moves and will use them again if needed.

of 3 workers there was 1 worker in my apartment, and 2 in the truck for the first 8 hours. it was a 13 hour move from a 900 sq. foot apartment of 1 adult and 3 children under age 5. really.... how much more wrong could they be?

Lets Move It Right provided an excellent service. Lived up to their name. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, was very co-operative, responsive and professional. They ensured all furniture was wrapped appropriately, they helped packed remaining loose stuff, loaded the truck carefully. During unloading, they graciously asked where we wanted boxes to go and moved them accordingly. All in all, very good service. We are highly satisfied and would definitely recommend to friends.

Let's Move it provided excellent service. They were generous with all supplies, boxes and bubble wrap prior to the move and very flexible with dates. The crew was marvelous, very fast and efficient and really went out of their way to be responsive to my needs. I would give them an A+

This company was very patient with me, I rescheduled several times, quite frankly, I must have been a nightmare, but they were very accommodating, and couldn't have been any nicer. Not having any experience with moving, I was a little surprised by the a la carte pricing, extra for each glass shelving, extra for 2 trips ( move was made less than a mile). So there were a few things I opted not to move because it was going to cost extra. I was given the impression that we had, the purchased, 4 hours worth of work loaded on the truck, so I left a few more things behind. They were finished In a little over 2 hours. All in all, they did a good job. I was not as prepared to move as I should have been, and that is on me, not them. They did a good job in moving my things, there were no problems, everything was left in perfect shape, and they worked very hard

It's was excellent! They were actually 5 min. early, even though they said they'd need a window of time just in case. Tom was quick to respond to my inquiries and helped walk me through purchasing coupons and scheduling since this was my first time using Angie's List. He let me know up front what extra fees may apply (e.g., if we go over the 4 hours from the coupon). They also prorate the hourly charge, which is great so you don't end up paying the full hour if you only needed 15-30 min. extra. They team of movers was fantastic! The lead was Ergon (I think), who was really friendly and even took the time to smile and wave at our baby who was excited by the new people. Pros: + Responsive and professional + Fast (it surprised us how fast they were able to unpack) + Attention to detail - They let us know of damages before they touched anything (some that I realize happened from the last moving company). They also graciously asked where we wanted boxed and moved all boxes to the appropriate labeled rooms. They were extra careful with our items and provided extra padding where they thought necessary. + Flexible. They didn't seem rushed or agitated even though our move took over an hour longer than expected. They also were quick to help finish packing a few loose end items, even though we hadn't requested packing assistance (but were unfortunately not finished in time). Cons: - That I hadn't found them earlier to avoid the lost and broken items from the last moving company we used!

I liked working with Tom. He was helpful, fair priced, and conscientious. We consulted a half dozen moving companies and we were impressed with their price and service.

They were so patient with me while I changed my mind on where things went. They had a great attitude. They were great with our kids too. They were very clean and quiet.
