Description of Work: Replace 2 receptacles, multi wire connection remade

Description of Work: Installed a bathroom light/fan to replace an existing florescent fixture. |Added a wall outlet. |Added a provided exterior landscape fixture. |I was told that there was no power in an area that I wanted another landscape fixture, however I found the line on my own and added the fixture. |I felt that the price was high for the work performed.

Description of Work: The tech arrived a little late, not a real issue. Did some diagnostics. He didn't appear too confident in what he was doing, as he spent a lot of time on his cell phone asking for direction. As well as personal time on his cell phone. He did fix the issue.

Description of Work: The electrician did a terrible job of installing under cabinet lights. As it turned out, he didn't know how to do it but failed to tell us. Instead of hiding the wires behind the cabinets or in the wall he zip ties the wires and screwed them into the wall. It was absolutely the worst looking light job ever. When I tried calling to get it fixed the receptionist was inept and didn't pass on the message properly. I waited a full week for the job to be corrected and it ended up "not getting on the schedule" (or something like that). I ended up having to call another company to have it fixed. I did pay for the canned lights that WERE done properly but didn't have to pay for the bad work. However, I ended up having to pay MORE to clean up the first job. Totally unacceptable. (To be fair, the manager was easy to work with'in the end. But, I feel that I should have had them come back to fix their mess which they couldn't do.)

Description of Work: Installed kitchen light and one socket. | |Unfortunately their offer was misleading. $299 electrical work for $99. I expected a certain number of hours, I.e. 3 hours. Instead each task is assigned a value when they arrive which limits what can be done. I had additional sockets to be installed but the cost would have been excessive rather than paying for additional hours as needed. There person was courteous and the work done was fine.

Description of Work: Overall, they fixed the problem we had, but not without some trials. Moved an entire wall of tools from the garage looking for a junction box. When that didn't work, I pulled boxes out of the attic for access. After a full day of futility, the electrician announced that he'd have to run a separate 110v line from the box, outside the house and through the master bath wall for $1K. At this point, I was ready to hire someone else. He called two days later, said his time (plus what I paid over Angie's List) was another $296. However, he had a solution that would cost just $100 more. Good thing we didn't go for the new line. In the process, though he broke the master bath mirror (5x12 feet) at the bottom. I called his number twice with no answer or call back. He called two days later and said he was on his way to fix the problem. No advance notice. This was blamed on the front office. In summary, yes we got the problem fixed, but I was left with more problems after he left. Hence, the ""C"" overall rating.

Description of Work: He provided and installed 4 dimmer switches for our bathrooms and loft. He knew just what we needed and installed it quickly and professionally. He also discovered improper amperage and corrected that for us. We will most definitely use Comfort Electric again.
