The Real Mccoy Carpet Cleaner

The Real Mccoy Carpet Cleaner company is awesome. The two young men that came to my house were very nice and courteous. They showed up right on time, and they did a wonderful job of cleaning my couch. I will hire them again for my carpet and/or upholstery cleaning.

The guys came out as scheduled and got the job done quickly and neatly. They even came back at my request to apply a stronger deodorizer on of my couches free of charge! I am a very happy customer.

This company is the REAL THING! they dont just bring a little vacuum or a machine that "irritates" the carpet clean. On time and very detailed oriented... they exceeded my expectation!

They did a good job, but it was expensive. After I told all the details and areas on the phone, it was 50% more, than the original estimate.

Real McCoy Carpet Cleaners called me immediately. Gary, the owner, answered all my questions professionally. The following week Gary Jr. and Juan arrived & were great. We settled on a price since I requested more than what I had asked for on the phone. They got right to the job at hand, the whole house! They completed the cleaning in a little over an hour, answered other questions I had and reasonably priced. The carpet looks brand new and it was standard grade to begin with. Hadn't been cleaned in almost forever and we are absolutely delighted. They will be the first ones I call next time it needs cleaning.

Real Mccoy did a good job. They cleaned the carpets as well as our couches and chairs. Very pleased with how clean our chairs are now. The only thing I'd suggest Real Mccoy does differently is stand by their price quote for all areas serviced. I was surprised when they were trying to reach a "minimum" price after arriving at the home, due to extra gas charged for the driving distance to the home. But we were able to meet in the middle on the cost and services and all were happy.

Wonderful techs. Very polite. Both did a great job!!!! Will be using them again and again. My carpets were beautiful when they left. Had used Stanley Steamer before many times but these guys were so great they will be my carpet cleaners from now on. Thank you so much for being a company I can trust.
