I have never had my carpets so clean. Real McCoy was very professional, they set an appointment within days of my call, were very thorough, moved all requested furniture, and even came back 4 days later to re-clean my stairs that my dogs muddied up free of charge! I would highly recommend this company. I've never had such great carpet cleaning!

They did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. The owner of the condo was highly impress. The only reason I didn't gave them 5 stars was because they quote me one price and charged me $15 more; however, it was worth it.

Two man crew came on time, clean uniforms, very professional and nice. Really did a great job on the carpet. I added a sofa to the job when they arrived without a problem. Very fast but completely thorough. Furniture moved without additional charge. They got even the tough spots out AND give a 10 day GUARANTEE that the spots don't reappear or they'll come back out for free!! They steam and deodorize for the same price. Very satisfied with their work and will hire them again any time I need carpet or upholstery cleaning!
