The Real Mccoy Carpet Cleaner

I mistakenly filled out this for pro-clean..not realizing that I was issued that wrong business. I hired the Real Mccoy and I could not imagine getting a better job. The rugs looked like new...no residue. The technician was superb..so careful with it all. I called in a friend to see it so she could tell others...she took his name. Thank you so much!!

They showed up on time, they didn't try any up sells while they were here, did a great job at removing all of the stains...even did a little extra beyond what we had asked for. Very personable, professional and detailed in their work. We will definitely use them again.

They got their calendar a little out of whack, but all turned out great. They got here late, but they got here and did a ASTONISHING job. My carpets needed it bad, and now they're about 5 shades lighter. I would definitely recommend them, and hire them again!

This was the second time I hired the guys from The Real Mcoy. Their van broke down and they didn't get to clean my carpet; however, they had another company to do the job for them at a lower cost.

I found them to be pleasant and fast. They did say they would come back to dye the spots in my rug but they never called back to give me a price or to say no to doing it. I did ask them to come and redo one spot that still had something sticky in it when they came to dye the rug and they told me they could do both at the same time. No further contact from them however. I was disappointed.

I run a lage daycare out of my home. Needless to say my carpets were in bad shape. They got more stains out than the previous 3 vendors. The service was fast friendly and thorough! I will use them again and tell all my parent friends :)

The two workers arrived on time and presented with a clean, professional appearance. They had a warm, friendly manner. and cleaned my carpets thoroughly, protected my furniture and were nice to my dog! Price was reasonable and they did not try to foist other costs upon me. I will definitely call them when my carpets next need cleaning.
