The initial price quoted was higher than some others but I hired them because of all the good reviews. I was very happy that I did not get nickeled and dimed to do spot cleaning, etc. and the initial price quote was the final price. Bottom line is that I was happy with quality of the work the price was reasonable.

This an outstanding family-run business. Extremely professional, experienced and courteous; very willing to go above and beyond to satisfy their customer, and even provide detailed education on carpet care (and in our case, mold removal) as well. They did an amazing job; the carpets look brand new. Gary and his son are great guys. They went out of their way to squeeze me in on a few hours notice, on a busy Friday afternoon. The price was very reasonable, and they even threw in some extra stain removal products for free. I give them my highest possible recommendation, and will definitely be using them again.

My entire experience with this company was top notch. The owner called me soon after I had sent an email request for a quote. He was very knowledgable, friendly, and easy to talk with. The company accommodated my schedule and came the day I had requested. My allergies improved after the cleaning. They did not use foam and my carpet dried within a few hours. Two cleaners came so that they could help move my furniture and protect it with foam tabs once it was place back in its original location. The workers were courteous and arrived on time. I would definitely use this company again.

I had a good experience. They also cleaned the tile and it made it look like a new home. The tile cleaning was the most significant difference. They followed through on everything they said they would do. I would use them again!

I called this company and Gary picked up the phone right away. I sent pictures of the grout with my request for the grout cleaning through HomeAdvisor. I was quoted $1/foot to clean, and he said it will be as good as new. I loved the confidence, and decided to set the appointment. The house was vacant, and I supplied them with a code to enter. Gary was supposed to send me before & after pictures. I only received the before pictures, then nothing. The grout looks exactly the same as it did before the cleaning. I am not sure if the grout was even cleaned. I have heard nothing back since.

They were friendly and efficient at their job. The carpet looked brand new when they were done. They did the entire 4 bedroom house including a living dining area, stairs, a hall, and all the closets for a very reasonable price.
