After i searched for a carpet cleaner onlineat about 7 am, i was quickly called by this buisness and when i asked if they could stretch and clean i was quoted a price that was reasonable. Gary and Gary were polite, professional, and their system did an amazing job on our carpet. Our carpet has seen eleven years and almost as many kids and pets. Amazing job! We bought a fixer upper that had a horrible smell in it that we could not figure out what it was. We thoroughly cleaned the house and never knew grout would hold such foul odors in. Gary and his son both did an amazing job. They came out last minute cleaned the tile, grout and then resealed the grout. Odor is now gone, grout looks new and price was more than fair. I have referred The Real McCoy to a few people already. I look forward to using their services on our next investment property. Thank you Gentlemen for such an Awesome job! They did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. LEFT MY CARPET CLEAN. I used to have my carpets cleaned by Stanley Steamer until I was not happy with the results. They kept telling me that my carpet was old and that I shouldn't expect it to look like new. Which I didn't...I just wanted it to look clean.

They performed a demonstration to show how well their product and workmanship would work on the surfaces that require cleaning prior to being hired to do the job. They arrived within the window of time specified and were able to complete the work in a timely fashion.
