I agree with Bernice from Carlsbad. This company should have a "ten" rating, not "five" The owners kept in touch with me as they were running a big late. They are the most caring individuals I have ever had in my home to provide a service. Keep up the great work! The carpets look like new!

They showed up on time, and got all the stains out. Their equipment is very good. The day prior, I had another company clean my carpets and this company pulled up stains the other company said could not be pulled up. Save yourself some frustration and paying twice for carpet cleaning-go with these guys the first time.

They cleaned 2 fabric recliners and an 8X8 area rug. We were very happy with the results. They were prompt, courteous and reasonable. Would definitely use them again.
