They showed up on time, were very courteous, and did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets and sofa. They are also very reasonably priced. Very good company. On time. My carpet had several stains from pets. My area rug the same. They got all of them up. My sectional had dog and cat hair all over it. They got it all up and they made them look like new. Very good job.

Got out a stain I thought was permanent. The carpet never looked better.

I needed the dining room rug to be cleaned off site so they may properly submerge and soak the rug to deodorize for through cleaning. He recommended that I didn't need to do this so he cleaned on my residence driveway. He used a lemon based cleaner that was biochemically safe for the environment. It smelt pleasant when applied to the carpet and used to deep clean it. After a few days when completely dried, I could still smell the residual from when before it was cleaned. Hopefully he will be back to clean the carpet one more time, as it goes into my dining room and presents the smell when you walk into my house. I might just purchase a new duplicate carpet brand new to solve the problem. Gary was very nice and polite, so I will call him back. For other types of carpet to clean, I'm sure it is suffice for that if you don't have dirt clear down to the pad. Gary had all the top of the line truck mount power, so I was impressed on how well the job was executed. No lack of power, just my carpet needed to be soaked off site for proper rinsing and serious chemicals used to disinfect and cleanse. He was very accommodating and informative. Will look him up again for other future carpet projects.

Need your upholstery cleaned. Stop your search now and hire Gary from The Real McCoy. Not only courteous, prompt and very reasonably priced, he made my six year old sectional look like it did the day it was delivered. I asked him to come back and clean my tile, and now the grout is at least six shades lighter than before and matches the tile again. Great job done by a true professional!

They were here one day after I called them. They moved furniture, and did a great job of cleaning. No chemical odors, and the carpets dried fast. I will definitely use them again.
