The Real Mccoy Carpet Cleaner

They were very professional and cleaned my carpets better than any carpet cleaners had ever done in the past! Spots that were soiled in the past came out perfect with "The Real Mc Coy" I am going to use them in the future and recommend them to my friends.

In the beginning, Gary explained the entire process as well as the equipment used prior to cleaning the carpets. He also verified which rooms were to be done as well as took an inventory of all rooms and spots needed to be cleaned. With this, he started the jets and cleaned the carpets and if necessary to ask a question, he asked and resolved the issue at hand. My carpets are spick and span clean. The spot treatment was an added bonus and the spots are now gone! As well, The Real mccoy cleaned my couch and love seat and the furniture has never looked such a deep, deep rich brown. Fantastic job......with the highest of recommendation!!!!

Gary and his son are very knowledgable about carpet cleaning. He didn't pressure me into signing on with him and was very polite. Our carpet is 8 years old and has been through 6 dogs and 1 cat. Some stains are still there but its because the padding is bad. We will be pulling the carpet up as time permits and money. Courteous and fast service. Gary gave us a small sample of what the carpet would look like after the cleaning, by doing a spot right in front of us. I am having a hard time describing how bad the carpet was before Gary and his assistant cleaned it because they did such a good job that I can't remember anymore. All I can say is that my husband and I were truly amazed at the results and would definitely hire The Real Mccoy again for our carpet cleaning. He didn't even charge us extra for tough stains and charged us exactly what he quoted over the phone.

They were on time. They moved a lot of the furniture, more than others have done for us in the past. They work clean, efficiently and fast. The guarantee on their work was great. I was skeptical that the stains would come back in a few days but they never did. I would definitely call them again.

The Real Mccoy did a fantastic job cleaning my 1950s sofa. At first I was not convinced that the stains could be removed from the cream fabric but Gary proved me wrong. Actually the service was very professional, timely and I cant complain with the price. I also had a chair with a a few stains on it that the guys cleaned it for me with no extra charge. I buy allot of second hand mid century pieces and they are always grubby so I will use The Real Mccoy again.
