Description of Work: He told me that he filled more than 2 big trash bags of gunk from the gutters. He did not tell me that he put them in my trash can. It was too heavy for my caregiver to wheel down my steep driveway. She had to get a neighbor man to help with it. We had to take it down the same day he was here. It seems like he could have asked if I needed help since I'm in a wheelchair and 79 years old.
