Description of Work: Came to my workplace, replaced cracked windshield & windshield wipers on the Scion. Cleaned up all the old glass, & even cleaned all the windows! Technician Gustavo Faudora was very pleasant & courteous, and on-time for the appointment. He did a great job.

Description of Work: They replaced my windshield. A month or two later, my rear view mirror came off and they had to come and repair it. They said it is sometimes an issue with the adhesive that is used but they did come and repair it.

+ -1 moreI obtained a free quote online, which was honored at the site. I called their national number to make an appointment, but reservations can be made online and apparently. They also come out to your home or office to provide service. I was given an appointment on the same day. They took a little longer than estimated (they said 45 minutes, but overall it took a little over 2 hours). I was satisfied with the work done, and they also provided a warranty. The window was after-market, but it was new and they explained that it was made according to or beyond the specifications of the original manufacturer.

Description of Work: I HAD A WINDSHIELD REPLACED BY SAFETY LITE. THEY HAD TO SPECIAL ORDER THIS SHIELD DUE TO THE FACT THAT MY WINDSHIELD WAS HEATED AND HAD MANY OTHER FEATURES.
