Description of Work: In March 2013 we were "bombarded" with ants in every room of the house as well as the front and backyards. One visit from R AND D Pest Services and "presto" the ants were gone and with the exception of a few stragglers from time-to-time outside, we have not had a single ant in the house since. A great company that uses environmentally responsible pesticides and provides thorough and courteous service.

Description of Work: I had not experienced ants inside the house until this summer. I needed pet friendly products and the fact that treatment occurred outside was to my liking. I researched at length before calling. There were several time-line plans available. The service was excellent. I immediately recommended R and D to friends.

Description of Work: R & D Pest Services comes every other month to spray outside the house for ants and spiders.

Description of Work: I was getting bites in bed. I had recently stayed overnight in a hotel and thought I had bed bugs. I wanted clear identification of the problem. I called and asked for them to come to do an identification of the insects in my home. They advertise themselves as one being an entomologist. Just what I needed. Instead they asked me to collect samples as they speculated--over the phone without being at the house--that I had cockroaches and possibly bed bugs. I sent two samples of insects. On the phone with an arrogant attitude Rick told me I had no bugs in my house. Since I was getting bites I told him I would pay for them to come to do an identification. He refused and referred me to another pest control company. Three weeks, many bites, and four pest control contacts later I determined on my own that I had an infestation of biting mites. The company I chose came the next day, looked at the "spots" with an magnifying glass, identified the insects, sprayed and I had the first sound sleep in almost a month. I would not recommend this agency either for professionalism,, e.g. refusing to do an inspection, or attitude, e.g. arrogant attitude on phone.

Description of Work: We were invaded by ants inside the house. R&D took care of most of the ants after the first treatment but it took two more treatments before we stopped seeing ants inside the house. At all times, they were very responsive and courteous and very intent on getting rid of the ants, as were we! The extra treatments were required, I think, because we had so many ants.
