Description of Work: They ran electricity from our main panel and installed a sub panel in the garage along with multiple outlets and an outdoor motion light. Super professional company. Definitely weren't the cheapest of our quotes but gave us peace of mind with their experience and how they explained everything they were planning to do. Would use them again for a big job like this.

Description of Work: Changes to electrical panel and wiring for electric tankless hot water heater. Not their fault that they needed to come out twice. That was because of my misunderstanding and the plumber's misunderstanding of the specs. Not happy that the electrician left things messy after he was done including many staples that were sharp edged.

Description of Work: The only electricians I will use in San Diego. I've had them out for 5 separate projects. They are professional and always on time. They propose better/cheaper ways of accomplishing tasks and they leave their work area immaculate. I don't get this level of service from any other trade professionals.

I am sorry we were unable to accommodate your needs. Our office staff always makes every effort to set an appointment and obtains the callers name and address. If someone cancels or reschedules after setting an appointment we will make multiple attempts to reschedule. I don't see your name or address entered into our system at all so if you just called for information and declined to set an appointment or provide information such as your name and address then it's unlikely we would make multiple calls after leaving you a message with our availability. Usually after we leave a message the person will return our call if they are interested in setting an appointment rather than expecting us to call them multiple times. I'm unsure why, after being called back, you would expect someone to keep calling and would be upset enough to leave an F review. We have no way to know anything about you or your concern as your name and address is not in our system. I hope you were able to find someone to satisfy your expectations. Hi, I am so sorry to hear this and would like to get to the bottom of what happened. From what I can see in our system it looks like we originally had you on our schedule on April 7. We called you several times and left messages but were unable to reach you that day. We can't send out an electrician without confirming that someone is home. Then I can see that we spoke to you again on May 7. Our system logs every thing and it appears that we must have made a mistake on our end. We still have you scheduled but in June. On May 7 I see that we called you at 1:16 pm, you were rescheduled for April 16th for 10am which is impossible since it was May 7. Then 1 minute later your appointment was moved to June 18th at 10am. My best guess is that when we tried to correct the date, we landed on the wrong month. That would explain why we still have you on our schedule but didn't call you on the day you were expecting us. I am so terribly sorry! I can see from our records that you are a repeat customer which makes us feel even worse about this. We will call you when we return to the office after the weekend to apologize to you directly. Again, we are very very sorry and feel terrible about this. Description of Work: They installed an electrical outlet in a large closet I converted into a Study Space for my niece who is staying with me while attending college. They also converted two of my lights to LEDs, one with a dimmer switch. They did such a good job & work so well I wish I had them do more.
