Outstanding from beginning to end. Lisa came by the day after I called to assess what needed to be done. She e-mailed me an estimate the same day and we set up the appointment. On the appointted day, teo technicians arrived on time, cleaned the gutters first and then the wondows. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and quickly accomplished their tasks. Results were excellent. Shortly after they finished Lisa arrived to personally make sure that everything went well. This personal 'quality control' at both start & finish was most impressive. I will definitely use them again!

After my original phone contact, a representative came to my home to do an inspection and provide an estimate. They followed up with a phone call to determine if we wanted to do business. After not hearing from the other vendors I contacted for estimates, we went forward with Lovely windows by the Lads. Their availability was within the time frame I required to get the job done by a certain deadline. Their staff was punctual and professional (2 service men were provided). They worked inside first and worked around the house guests and homeowners who were visiting throughout the house. Then they moved to the outside windows & the owner showed up on our property to inspect their work. They completed the job (over 35 windows, sliding patio doors, french doors and a large kitchen greenhouse window) in 4 hours time. We were very pleased with the final outcome.

Great company. Lisa answered the phone immediately, came out to do an estimate while I was at work and then email me the estimate promptly. On the day of the appointment, the service tech arrived right on time, did a great job inside and out, was friendly to my 2 dogs, and was careful to shut doors and gates behind him. The windows were spotless. When my husband got home from work he said it looked so clean that he thought the glass had been taken out. Will use this company in the future - love them!

I was basically quite satisfied, my husband a bit less satisfied. The problem was that the screens are wired as part of the security system and are very difficult to put back in place correctly. We have had this problem before so this year, my husband marked out upper right corner of each screen with masking tape so the guy would be able to orient them correctly, essential to getting our security system to work again. Unfortunately, even with this, we still had to have the security system people come out again to fix the windows that weren't working. I am not sure the window washer should be blamed for that, its a tricky problem that says more about the screens than him, but it was part of our experience.

"Lovely Windows by the Lads"? came out to inspect, and they gave a very reasonable quote.? They were punctual and the windows looked superb when they finished.? The company called and also came around a few days later to check that everything was done to our satisfaction.? A very positive experience overall.

After I contacted Lovely Windows by the Lads, Lisa O'Bara went by the house and contacted me that evening with the cost for doing our windows. A little rescheduling was required due to rain, but Lisa was able to reschedule only two days later. Two window cleaners showed up right on time and did the job quickly and professionally. They made sure to take off their shoes when entering the house and made sure I was satisfied with the work before they left. I used the first time service coupon from Angie's List and reduced the cost from $180 to $162. I would definitely hire Lovely Windows by the Lads again.

I like the way the owner came out and previewed the job. The guys were very courteous, quick and went about their job without wasting time. They were very thorough, cleaned everything and I will use them again in the future.

Lovely Windows by the Lads couldn't be more aptly named. I can hardly remember a time when I've been more pleased by a service provider. I called to get an estimate for cleaning the windows and screens our bungalow. It has 31 windows (just counted), many of which are multipaned, plus a large roll up sunscreen we have across our front porch. Lisa came out the next day to estimate. Some of our windows also had paint splattered on them from various construction and painting we've had done. Lisa quoted me $290 for the whole job, which included removing all of the paint from the windows. I thought this was reasonable, and scheduled a time (just a few days later) for the cleaning. I felt very pleased and thought, "now all I have to do is clean the insides of my windows, and the house will be stunning!" (figuring the price covered cleaning just the outsides) My husband stayed home for the cleaning. The Lads showed up on time, and by golly, they cleaned the windows and screens INSIDE and OUT for the quoted price. I was stunned and pleased. The light in the house was just magnificent. I will have them out again in the spring after the rains.

It was great; they were really good. I think they were really efficient and really professional.

We have a rental property, and we use this firm to clean the windows whenever we change tenants. Their prices are very good, they do an excellent job; they don't always show up on time, but they call to let you know if they are running late because a job is taking longer than they estimated.

Windows, especially outside, had not been cleaned in many years. The two workers cleaned out the tracks, cleaned screens and windows, and left things spotless. I was very pleased with the results.

The provider did a wonderful job and even removed the spider webs from our vaulted ceilings. He made sure we understood every step he took and pointed out damage left by previous painters that he could not fix. The windows were sparking inside and out except for one upstairs bedroom. When I pointed them out to him, he explained that the cloudy look was from sun damage and could not be washed away. When he was about to leave he noticed a small smudge on the living room mirrors and would not leave until it was removed. He was very professional, did a great job and I would definitely use them again.

I can't believe I did without this. What a difference! Less than $100, less than one hour, and the house is absolutely transformed. Today (2 weeks later) it is raining, and the good news is, my windows still look clear: no speckles, no spots, just beautiful! The two guys were polite, competent, and fast. Totally recommend.

I called them, and requested an estimate. Lisa Obara came out and gave a full estimate for the job. She emailed me the estimate so there would be no question as to what they would do and the amount they would charge, which I thought was very professionals. Two guys came and did the work remarkably quickly. Lisa even came out near the end of the job to make sure everything was done to satisfaction. Kudos to them for doing a great job and for such a reasonable price. I'd been quoted much higher for similar work.

Cheers to the Lads! Absolutely Excellent job -- couldn't be happier! I first contacted Lisa end of last week about getting a fast turnaround on washing the windows of our rental home. She was able to come out same day to provide us an estimate, and scheduled the job for first thing Monday morning. She handles her business very professionally and even verifies the work is done properly after wards - a level of involvement not normally found in business owners/operators these days. The windows never looked better! The price was very reasonable and I'm left wondering why I spent all that time and effort washing them myself all the years I lived there??? I'm very happy to have found Lovely Windows by the Lads and I will definitely call on them again in the future.

I made an appointment and she came by and looked at my house and counted my windows. I received a phone call with an estimate. We set up a date and time for them to come out. They showed up on time. He was finished in about an hour. They were very friendly and professional. My windows look like new again. They did an excellent job and I will have them back every year now.

They cleaned the windows and glass doors of my 5 bedroom home. They were very punctual. I will use them again and refer to my clients. Lisa followed up the next day to see how did they do and I was very happy to let her know that they did a GREAT job. She sent me a check for the 10% discount because I forgot to tell her that I found them on Angie's List.

I have used Lovely Windows for the third time. I found then originally on Angie's List. I just called and the next week I had lovely windows. They are very responsive and I got a 5% senior discount. Oscar, the window cleaner, was very neat and everything was back in place and we will use them again the next time they get dirty.

The company was on time and professional. However, the cleaning was not excellent. There was some paint overspray on the windows that was not removed and the screens were washed only with a sponge rather than a hose.
